Harmony appeared in the unaired pilot of "Buffy", but when the series aired on TV, we didn't see her until the second episode "The Harvest".

2. Harmony dated which member of Dingoes Ate My Baby?

You find this out in the episode "The Harsh Light of Day". Oz tells Buffy and Willow that Devon said she was too flaky.
