Some time ago, Regina gave the Dark Curse to Maleficent. In return, Maleficent gave Regina a sleeping curse. Regina threatened to destroy everyone's happiness and to do that she needed the Dark Curse. Maleficent initially refused but Regina was able to snatch it away from her.

Finally, he revealed that Emma gave birth to Henry while in Phoenix.

A later episode ("True North") revealed that Emma gave birth while in a prison in Phoenix.

8. Why did Sheriff Graham arrest Emma?

Regina wanted Emma out of her (and Henry's) life, so she gave Emma the suggestion to take Henry's files from Dr. Archie Hopper. Archie called Regina to inform her that Emma had taken the files. Archie then told Sheriff Graham that Emma stole the files after Archie refused to hand them over to Emma. Noticing the files were in Emma's hotel room, Sheriff Graham arrested Emma who believed that Regina was setting her up. Fortunately for Emma, Mary Margaret Blanchard was able to pay Emma's bail.

9. What name did Henry give to the plan regarding Emma breaking the curse?

Answer: Operation Cobra

Henry wanted a code name for the plan that involved Emma breaking the Dark Curse. He came up with Operation Cobra, because it had nothing to do with fairy tales, and thus it would be easier to discuss without Regina knowing what they were talking about.

Early in the episode, Regina looked through Henry's book and noticed a page missing. Henry claimed that this was due the book being old. The truth was that Henry ripped out the page to prevent Regina from knowing that Emma was the one who could break the curse.
