We first see her when she arrives during the celebrations for Henry's wedding to Jane Seymour. Sir Francis is the first to notice her.

Robert Aske is resigned to his fate and states that he deserves it. His wife is practically dragged out of the cell while screaming that he doesn't deserve this. Earlier he was visited by a priest. Robert Aske had a diamond sewn into his clothes (given to him earlier by Lady Mary) and asks to priest to give it to his wife, as he worries that his family will soon be destitute.

He asks Lady Misseldon to be his mistress in the first episode. Soon she eventually becomes the King's mistress after Sir Francis offers her to him for "comfort" when his leg ulcer flares up. Sir Francis soon seduces Edward Seymour's wife before he leaves to hunt Cardinal Pole.

Henry was so impatient to see her so he rides out with a few men and surprises her. Anne is caught off guard and the meeting is very awkward. The meeting is brief and when Henry leaves (taking with him the furs he intended as a gift) she laments to her ladies that English manners are different from German ones and wishes she had more "lessons" from the Duke of Suffolk.

Charles' role in suppressing the Pilgrimage of Grace was the first sign of strain in their marriage that we see this season. His wife is disturbed by the fact that he has to act so ruthlessly. She reveals she is pregnant during this time, but we later hear Charles tell Henry that she miscarried. Charles is guilt ridden over his actions.

His hatred of Cromwell leads him to join forces with Edward Seymour. His wife is clearly uneasy when she sees them gloating over Cromwell's imminent demise.

Answer: Gets the executioner really drunk the night before

I actually kind of felt bad for Cromwell by this point, even though he did some awful things. The executioner is so hung over that he keeps missing and strikes Cromwell's back and shoulders. Finally one of the guards takes the ax and finishes the job. Cromwell's son Gregory was in the crowd and is clearly distraught by it all.
