Queen Victoria willingly believed the rumors that not only was Lady Flora Hastings pregnant but with Sir John Conroy. To fan the rumors it was said that Lady Flora and Sir John shared a carriage ride together. As Queen Victoria did nothing to prove the rumors false as she hated both Lady Flora and Sir John with a passion it created a scandal. During the coronation Lady Flora was forced to endure an examination which proved she wasn't pregnant but the growth on her abdomen was a tumor which proved fatal.
2. What was being installed much to the kitchen staff's chagrin?

Answer: Gas

Chef Francatelli was at his wits end with the dust and noise from Baroness Lehzen's orders to install the gas. Francatelli was trying to create the Queen's birthday cake and all the fuss for the installation was causing problems. Mr. Penge noticed the installation was disturbing the rats but decided to do nothing about it as he didn't like Baroness Lehzen. Plus Mr. Penge would sell candles practically each day receiving a kickback.

Installation of the gas would end his side business.
3. What did Queen Victoria offer Sir John Conroy to leave for good?

Answer: Title and money

She never liked Sir John so Queen Victoria offered him an Irish title and £1,000 for life provided he leave court at once. This broke The Duchess of Kent's heart as she depended on Sir John for many, many years and Queen Victoria raised her allowance to enhance her wardrobe.

Leopold reminded him (Cumberland) that Parliament had accepted Albert as Regent not him (Cumberland).

Edward Oxford took aim at Queen Victoria and Prince Albert during their drive out. Both Victoria and Albert were unharmed but what odd about the gun was it was unloaded. Furthermore it was suggested that The Duke of Cumberland had arranged for the attempted assassination of the Queen. Lastly Edward Oxford had letters sent to him with the word "Hanover" written on them but it turns out Oxford himself sent the letters to himself.
9. Who played Queen Victoria in this 2016 version?

Answer: Jenna Coleman

Jenna Coleman was born April 27, 1986 in Blackpool, Lancashire, England. She starred in the 2012 version of "Titanic", "Captain America I: The First Avenger" and of course in "Doctor Who" as Clara Oswald.
Kathy Bates was Queen Victoria in 2004's "Around the World in 80 Days".
Annette Crosbie was Queen Victoria in 1975's "Edward the Seventh" in 11 of the 13 episodes.
Victoria Hamilton was Queen Victoria in 2001's "Victoria & Albert". She also was The Queen Mother in "The Crown".

Answer: Rufus Sewell

Rufus Sewell who played Lord Melbourne "Lord M" was Count Adhemar in "A Knight's Tale". But coincidentally Paul Bettany who was Lord Melbourne in "The Young Victoria" was also in "A Knight's Tale" as Geoffrey Chaucer. Also Rufus Sewell was King Charles II in "The Last King".
