Neelix went to the planet Sobris to meet with one of his many "friends." While he was there, he was arrested, and it was in the Kazon prison that he met Mabus, the Trabe governor.

Hogan actually questions Janeway. Jonas overhears Janeway's response (that she'll destroy the ship before she hands any part of it over to the Kazon), and proceeds to contact the Kazon Nistrem on his own. Ayala was never in this episode, and Torres...well, Torres defends Janeway later in Engineering ("Who are you to be questioning Capt. Janeway?").

Mabus orchestrated the attack. Cullah was only there to save his own face. He couldn't risk being the only Maj not attending the summit. The First Maj of the Kazon Ogla was there, but Haliz is a name that I made up. And if you said Janeway...oh, please! Janeway was still in the let's-be-friends-with-everyone mentality at this point.

She was the one who figured out the plan and saved the lives of the rest of the First Majes.

Answer: Triangle

The shape was a triangle, and from the script, this was a big detail. The Trabe and Voyager group sat on one side with the other Majes on the other two sides.

Answer: An exchange of crewmembers

Cullah proposed the exchange of crewmembers at the end of the negotiations, simply because he didn't want a woman to dictate the terms of the alliance. Janeway had already clearly stated that they would not give the Nistrem technology, but they would pledge to defend the Nistrem and provide humanitarian aide (food, medicine, clothing). All of these details were acceptable to Cullah, and the one that they argued over was the crewmember exchange.

Janeway said that she would contact Seska because Chakotay and Seska had been through too much together. Tuvok and Harry were present at that meeting, but other than Harry's sarcastic "Why don't we just contact Seska?" remark, they were pretty quiet.

Answer: The dancer will spend the night with the winner

Neelix finds his friend in the Kazon equivalent of a strip club. His friend is trying to turn a dodecahedron into an icosohedran by moving only two rods. The dancer said that she would spend the night with the man who could solve the puzzle.

Answer: Voyager was under almost constant attack by all of the Kazon sects.

Janeway wanted nothing to do with the Kazon. Starfleet's policy is to deal with new species on the basis of trust and mutual understanding until proven otherwise. The Kazon have proved repeatedly by constantly attacking Voyager that they can't be trusted. Chakotay was the one who pushed her to seek the alliance, and Tuvok was the crew member who convinced her to give it a try.

Answer: Vulcan spice tea

Although coffee is Janeway's beverage of choice, Tuvok serves her Vulcan spice tea which she sips while they discuss the alliance. She was troubled, so Romulan ale would not have been a good beverage choice, and the only Betazoid I've ever seen drink hot chocolate is Deanna Troi.
