Question 2 of 10
2. Pyramid Head's power is the multi-faceted "Rites of Judgment." One of its major features is the ability for Pyramid Head to create Torment Trails across the ground for Survivors to step in. Which of the following is one of the differences between Survivors being placed into a Cage of Atonement as opposed to being hooked? Hint

Question 3 of 10
3. Part of Pyramid Head's power is a nifty maneuver known as "Punishment of the Damned." If a Survivor gets hit by this shockwave, what happens? Hint

4. Perhaps the most satisfying aspect of Pyramid Head's power is known as "Final Judgment". What does Final Judgment do? Hint

Question 6 of 10
6. Pyramid Head's second teachable perk grants the Killer using it the Undetectable status shortly after damaging a generator. This status will remain in effect until the generator in question stops regressing or a Survivor is damaged in anyway. What is it? Hint

Question 7 of 10
7. Pyramid Head's final teachable perk is centered around punishing Survivors who heal. If a Survivor heals another one a moderate distance away from the Killer, the one who did the healing will scream, reveal their location, and be afflicted with the Oblivious status effect for a considerable period of time when they stray away from the Survivor they healed.

What perk is this?
Hint

Question 8 of 10
8. This add-on, an ultra rare, will reveal the auras of any Survivors who are Tormented for a brief period of time whenever Pyramid Head sends someone to a Cage of Atonement. What add-on is this? Hint

Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Pyramid Head's weapon for dishing out basic attacks is as deadly as it is iconic. What is it?

Answer: The Great Knife

The Great Knife is a massive chef's knife, almost as tall as Pyramid Head himself. This can actually hinder Pyramid Head somewhat if the player intends to use Terror Radius diminishing perks, as Survivors with an open ear will be able to hear the knife being dragged across the ground from a fairly reasonable distance away.
2. Pyramid Head's power is the multi-faceted "Rites of Judgment." One of its major features is the ability for Pyramid Head to create Torment Trails across the ground for Survivors to step in. If they do step into it, Pyramid Head can send them to a Cage of Atonement once they're placed into the Dying State. Which of the following is one of the differences between Survivors being placed into a Cage of Atonement as opposed to being hooked?

Answer: They cannot attempt to escape a Cage of Atonement

Perks such as Deliverance and Slippy Meat become completely ineffective should the Survivor attempting to use them end up on a Cage of Atonement. As such, Survivors looking to use them must be extremely careful to avoid Torment Trails. If, however, they do become Tormented, they can alleviate themselves of the status by saving another Survivor off of a Cage of Atonement. Should they end up being placed and eventually saved from a Cage of Atonement, they will lose the Tormented status effect as well.
3. Part of Pyramid Head's power is a nifty maneuver known as "Punishment of the Damned." Fortunately, it is quite simple; Pyramid Head will place his weapon into the ground and emit a long, narrow shockwave a moderate distance in front of him. If a Survivor gets hit by this shockwave, what happens?

Answer: They are injured for one state

This aspect of Pyramid Head's power makes him very deadly in chase, as he can fire this projectile through walls, pallets and any other would-be obstacles to inflict damage.
4. Perhaps the most satisfying aspect of Pyramid Head's power is known as "Final Judgment". What does Final Judgment do?

Answer: Immediately kill a Survivor

If a Survivor has reached the struggle phase on either a hook or Cage of Atonement and then gets Tormented again, if Pyramid Head manages to down them, he can use Final Judgment to immediately kill them and remove them from the game. This essentially functions as an Ebony Memento Mori with one more condition to it, although the animation for Final Judgment is different and much shorter than if Pyramid Head were to kill someone using a Mori.
5. Every Killer gets three teachable perks that, when acquired, can be given to other Killers. Pyramid Head's first perk in that regard will afflict a Survivor with the Broken status effect if they take a protection hit for someone else. What is it?

Answer: Forced Penance

This perk could come in handy on a Killer like the Doctor, whose nearly unmatched capacity to reveal Survivor locations would allow him to down the Survivor he intended to down, then find the Survivor hindered by Forced Penance shortly thereafter. As they would've been denied the chance to heal and Doctor is very efficient in chase, he could quickly net two downs off the strength of this perk.

In general, Forced Penance punishes altruistic Survivors and can be helpful if the Killer using it doesn't fare too well against such Survivors.
6. Pyramid Head's second teachable perk grants the Killer using it the Undetectable status shortly after damaging a generator. This status will remain in effect until the generator in question stops regressing or a Survivor is damaged in anyway. What is it?

Answer: Trail of Torment

There are not many Killers who don't benefit from the Undetectable status effect somehow, so this perk can be pretty good on nearly anyone. It happens to synergize well with common Killer perks, such as Pop Goes The Weasel and Oppression, making this perk even more appealing as a result.

Answer: Deathbound

Deathbound is definitely an enigmatic perk, because it does quite a lot and can be difficult to fully understand at first glance. That said, Killers with high mobility such as the Nurse, Blight or Hillbilly, can not only quickly arrive to where the healing took place, but can also take advantage of the healing Survivor's inability to hear their Terror Radius thanks to the Oblivious status effect.

A Hillbilly with the Apex Muffler add on can be especially dangerous, as Oblivious will stop that Survivor from hearing his chainsaw.

A Blight with the Iridescent Blight tag add on can approach that Survivor with a very similar frame of mind.
8. This add-on, an ultra rare, will reveal the auras of any Survivors who are Tormented for a brief period of time whenever Pyramid Head sends someone to a Cage of Atonement. What add-on is this?

Answer: Iridescent Seal of Metatron

Because Barbecue & Chilli fails to work when sending a Survivor to a Cage of Atonement, this add-on can essentially take its place in that scenario, only without the bloodpoint bonus conveyed by Barbecue & Chilli. Because of this, it can be a finicky but useful add-on, with the fact being it only reveals Tormented Survivors being its one pitfall.
9. This add-on, an ultra rare, grants Pyramid Head the Undetectable status effect whenever he walks through a Torment Trail. What is it?

Answer: Obsidian Goblet

If you like the idea of having a portable Insidious with which to camp a hooked Survivor, this add-on is for you. Unfortunately, because Torment Trails cannot be maintained either in the basement or near a generator, this add-on cannot be used to camp them in a similar way.
10. Most Killers in this game move at a 115% movement speed juxtaposed to Survivors. When not using his power, is Pyramid Head one of such Killers?

Answer: Yes

Pyramid Head's efficiency in chase is supplemented by this trait, allowing him to catch up to a Survivor reasonably quickly.
