If you walk up to a Hogwarts teacher and try to harm them using magic, they will say: "Expelliarmus!" and either put you in detention, take points away from your house, or both. During Transfiguration, you can make McGonagall disarm you by levitating a bookshelf and hitting her in the head with it. Even Professor Flitwick, at his tiny height, can prove to a disarming champion.

The same applies for Sprout and Snape, who tell you off if you break the rules.

This portrait is of a witch. When you first meet her, she asks you to go to the portrait of Hufflepuff and ask him to bring her food. After this, you just need to tell her "Chops and Gravy!" and she will let you through.

Ernie needs five moly plants and a bottle of potion that you can receive in Herbology. He will come to the DA meeting if you give him these things. Moly Plants grow in the grounds of Hogwarts around Hagrid's Hut.

Answer: In the boathouse

There is no loose floorboard! They hide them under the tarps in the boathouse, and ask Harry to help levitate the tarps so nobody finds the banned objects.
