Yes, MrWhitman has shown that this is possible. MrWhitman is a Youtube account that posts videos of all the ways to die in Sierra adventure games. In his "Ways to Die" video for "King's Quest 4," he managed to get into the crypt without the scarab and get killed by the mummy. This is not easy to do. I myself only know of this because of MrWhitman. Even the game is shocked if you do this; it says "How did you manage to get in here without the scarab!?!?"

However, whether you're a novice player or an experienced player, the mummy is nothing to worry about. You will not stumble upon this by accident. You have to be trying to make this happen in order for it to happen. If you are trying to win the game, you will have the scarab by the time you see the mummy.

Answer: Getting married to Edgar

After Rosella is brought to Lolotte the three things that she wanted, she finally gives Rosella her "reward." Rosella is to be married to Edgar this next morning. Rosella is horrified by the thought. She must do something to escape this situation, or she, Genesta, and Graham are doomed.

Answer: In Edgar's Room

Lolotte tells Rosella that she will sleep in Edgar's room while Edgar sleeps elsewhere. It is never made clear where "elsewhere" is for Edgar. My best guess is the cell.

The henchman takes Rosella's possessions shortly after she learns that she is about to marry Edgar. The henchman times this well because Rosella is so shocked by the news that she doesn't notice her possessions being taken away.

There is a continuity error here. The henchman that takes Rosella's possessions goes to the east of the throne room after taking them. However, she finds them in the kitchen west of the throne room. How this can be, I do not know. However, "King's Quest" games do not have to make sense.

Answer: No

On the surface, getting married to Edgar is not as bad as Rosella thinks. Edgar is not who she thinks he is. He's actually a really good guy. Not only that, but Rosella would not actually have Lolotte is a mother-in-law because Edgar is not really Lolotte's son. However, even if Rosella had any way of knowing this, Ken and Roberta rightfully end the game if this wedding happens. It happens the next morning. If Rosella tries to shoot Lolotte while Lolotte is awake, Lolotte will probably zap her to death before she can pull out her bow and arrow. Rosella would have to wait until the next night, and by then it'd be too late to save Graham or Genesta.

The time to marry Edgar will come in "King's Quest 7."

Answer: Wake up Lolotte

If Rosella wakes up Lolotte, the game will say "You stupidly wake up Lolotte." These sorts of insults are more common in the "Space Quest" and "Leisure Suit Larry" series. However, one should know that it is not a good idea to wake up Lolotte.

If you wake up the ogre, the game uses the word "Foolishly" instead.

Answer: By shooting Cupid's Arrow at her

Rosella shoots Cupid's arrow at Lolotte to get her to like her. What Rosella does not know is that Lolotte is so evil, if any love enters her body, it's basically a poison to her system. Therefore, Rosella unintentionally kills Lolotte in this way. Even if she's not proud of killing Lolotte, everyone else is grateful. Edgar, happy about the death of his "mother," tells Rosella that she is through to go anywhere in the castle.

The henchmen bow to her. And even more people worship her at the end of the game and beyond.

Yes, after she kills Lolotte, she can go to the storage room and get the chicken and Pandora's Box and return them to their rightful spots. Then, she can go to the stable and set the unicorn free.

Answer: AstroChicken

"King's Quest 4" came before "Space Quest ,," so that theme song was in "King's Quest 4" before it was in AstroChicken. However, the music is most familiar to AstroChicken players because "Space Quest" players spend more time playing AstroChicken than "King's Quest" players spend in Lolotte's storage room. AstroChicken is a LOT harder and it takes more time to figure out how to beat AstroChicken than it does to figure out what you're supposed to do in Lolotte's storage room. Nonetheless, "Space Quest" players should give "King's Quest" its due respect for things like this because like I said, "King's Quest 4" came first.

This similarity is most likely because the magic chicken is in the storage room. Apparently this is Sierra's chicken theme music.

Answer: Give it to Genesta

The chicken is actually Genesta's chicken. Therefore the last thing you get points for in this game is returning the chicken to its rightful owner.

You don't want to return it to the ogre. You can't get back into his house and if you try to give it to him while he's chasing you, he will kill you. Besides, it's not his, he doesn't deserve it, he has bad intentions for it, and you no longer have a need to be helping evil people.

Answer: On an island west of Tamir

At the end of the introduction, Genesta flies west. Therefore one can assume that's where her home is and that Rosella has to swim there. It is dangerous to swim there as there is a shark who will eat Rosella unless she is on the edge of the screen when the shark appears and the next screen is safe.

She will also drown if she swims too long. Lastly, in real life it's hard to swim wearing a dress. Despite all of this, she turns out to be the best swimmer in her family.

Answer: No one

Rosella isn't revealed to be a barber until "Leisure Suit Larry 2". There are no airports with barber shops in Tamir.

As a kid, and even when I first revisited these games as an adult, I always thought this was Rosella. However, it's Roberta Williams, the creator of the series. She also appears in the game-winning screen, this time with a message of "All is well that ends well."

Answer: Genesta takes her home and she watches Graham die

Once Rosella brings the Talisman back to Genesta, the game is over no matter what. If she doesn't have the fruit, Genesta will thank Rosella for saving her and Tamir but will tell her that she forgot about the fruit. Genesta will then take her home where she sadly watches her father die. This is one of a few times in the "King's Quest" series that a player can half-win and half-lose. This also happens if you type "Home" in "King's Quest 2" after seeing the magic "home" thing but before meeting Valanice. It can also happen in "King's Quest 7" if Rosella zaps Malicia but doesn't give her extra life to Edgar. One could also argue that the short ending in "King's Quest 6" is a half-loss since the islands are still feuding, Cassima's parents are still dead, and Alexander's parents never learn of his fate. However, unlike all those other games, this game treats this as solely a loss because it gives you the same game-over screen that you get if Rosella marries Edgar in Tamir (while Lolotte is still alive) or if she dies in any way. This could be because if Graham dies, the rest of the family will be doomed when Mordack kidnaps them.

Genesta wouldn't take her to the fruit or bring her the fruit, because that would rob you of the need to solve a few puzzles and adventure game designers don't want to do that. Why Genesta doesn't say "Now Get The Fruit and I'll Take You Home" is beyond me.
