Unlike many master trainers, he has a specific requirement. You must be a high-ranking member of the Tribunal Temple before he will train you. He's in the bottom section of Ald-ruhn's Tribunal temple.

According to Taren, his job as custodian allowed him a unique view of the martial arts classes. He cleaned the rooms of the masters first and the beginners later, and so was exposed to the very best techniques from the start. He's at the Holamayan monastery, should you want his instruction.
