Answer: Nick Ramos

Frank West was the protagonist of "Dead Rising 1", Chuck Greene was the protagonist of "Dead Rising 2" and Logan Carter was one of the survivors of "Dead Island". "Dead Rising 3" was refused a rating by Germany's rating board and not released there, but was popular in the rest of Europe and America.
2. Which of these tracks did not appear in "Mario Kart Wii"?

Answer: Choco Mountain

Some variant of Luigi Circuit tends to appear in any "Mario Kart" game, Grumble Volcano was introduced in "Mario Kart Wii" and "Ghost Valley 2" originally appeared in the SNES "Super Mario Kart" but was one of the retro tracks selected for "Mario Kart Wii". Choco Mountain appeared in "Mario Kart 64" but was not selected as a retro track for "Mario Kart Wii".
