As was with Lord Magnius's Ranch, I noticed the different uniforms while infiltrating Lord Kvar's Ranch. Lord Kvar also wears a blue shirt. Kvar uses many lightning-type attacks and spells, such as Spark Wave and Lightning Strike.

During the scene where Lloyd and his friends were infiltrating Lord Kvar's Ranch, there is a scene where they are surrounded by Desians. Sheena drops down from who-knows-where and summons a Guardian to transport them to safety. I noticed that if you do it this way, Sheena will be in your party, but it will not say "Sheena joined the party". Strange.

Depending on how observant you are, you may or may not notice that the Desians of each Human Ranch wear different color uniforms. I happened to pick this up when infiltrating Kvar's Ranch. Magnius also wears a purple vest. Magnius many uses fire-type attacks and spells, such as Flame Lance and Eruption.

Marble is one of the prisoners at Lord Forcystus's Ranch. Her number is also mentioned once in Iselia. Marble is actually Chocolat's Grandmother.

The Mirage inn is also where you find the Wonder Chef who teaches you the recipe for Cabbage Roll. To reach him, go up the stairs and to the right as far as you can go, then examine the small green turtle lamp shell. Sandstorm is the weapon shop, Desert Rose is the food shop, and Tropical Oasis is a made-up name.

Anna is Lloyd's mother who was murdered. Her number is mentioned in Lord Kvar's Ranch while Lord Kvar is explaining how Lloyd's father killed her.

After this scene, you can buy Palma Potion at Marble's for 1,000 Gald. If you can't afford it, you can sell some unwanted stuff, or go to the school and play a mini-game. Your reward for the mini game is some Gald, the title 'Turbo Waitress' for Colette, and a Palma Potion.
