Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. In the Human Campaign we meet an old acquaintance from "WarCraft II - The Tides of Darkness". He was and is the leader of the 'Knights of the Silverhand'. Who is he?

Answer: Uther (the) Lightbringer

Arthas is son of King Terenas of Lordaeron and also a Paladin. Turalyon was a great Paladin who ventured beyond the Dark Portal with Khadgars Forces to stop Ner'zhul in "WarCraft II - Beyond the Dark Portal". Lord Lothar was the great Knight of Azeroth who was slain in an Ambush at Blackrock Spire near the end of the Second War (Turalyon was one of the few that survived that ambush). Uther Lightbringer was appointed leader of the newly formed band of Paladins in the Second War and his deeds included travelling to Cair Andros to provide comfort for the population there (in that mission you had to make sure that Uther reached the 'Circle of Power'). Uther remained loyal in "WarCraft III" but refused Arthas' orders to purgue a town of civilians who had infected by the plague. Arthas later fell under the spell of the Lich King (Ner'zhul) through an ancient blade and returned as Death Knight to the lands he once had loved and defended. Uther was slain by him.
2. What is the name of the blade that the young Prince of Lordaeron finds?

Answer: Frostmourne

The Dwarven Hero Muradin Bronzebeard is looking for ancient powerful blade in Northrend, the Icy Northlands. Prince Arthas sails there in his quest for revenge against Mal'Ganis and comes across his Dwarven Friend. They get overwhelmed by the Undead Scourge soon and see no other way out then to get the ancient blade.

But first Arthas secretely destroys the Lordaeron ships to prevent his men from returning home as was ordered by the King (upon advice from Uther). He ultimately finds Frostmourne but ignores the warnings given to him. Muradin gets killed by the blade and Arthas uses it to kill Mal'Ganis.

The blade, made by Ner'zhul, claims the soul of the Prince and turns him into a Dead Knight.
3. The Prince takes some troops and sails to Northrend for revenge on the Undead. After a while, all Lordaeron ships are destroyed. The Lordaeron ships get destroyed by the Prince.

Answer: True

The troops receive command to return home. Order from the King himself. Arthas, knowing that he will never get his revenge then, sets out to destroy the vessels. Muradin still follows him, knowing what they are doing is wrong. But his friendship for Arthas is deep.

They hire Mercenaries along the road, crushing the undead and sinking the ships. When the Lordaeron forces find their ships destroyed, Arthas blames his Mercenaries and lets his warriors kill them. Muradin warns Arthas but he takes no heed. Arthas will be Muradins doom once he finds Frostmourne.
4. Which of the following lines is not an 'annoyed' sentence from the Sorceress?

Answer: 'This better be good'

'This better be good' is sometimes said when letting her perform an action, but is not one of the 'annoyed' sentences. The others are annoyed sentence. As in other "WarCraft" games and the "StarCraft" games, all annoyed sentences are hilarious once again and it's worth taking the time to click on your units repeately to hear them all.

The best in my opinion are the Dwarves (Mortar Team, Riflemen, Gryphon Rider and the best qua speech, the Gyrocopter).
5. Which of the following heroes can't the player control in the Human Campaign?

Answer: Uther the Lightbringer

Uther will often be present but as an ally. You cannot control him directly. Jaina Proudmoore, the daughter of Lord Admiral Daelin Proudmoore of Kul Tiras, joins you early on. She is a good friend of Arthas, but when he gets blinded by his hate she leaves him together with Uther and the Knights of the Silverhand. Uther will die by the hand of Arthas and Muradin, who is encountered in the North, will get killed by the blade Frostmourne, when Arthas picks it up. Jaina will ultimately lead the people of Lordaeron to Kalimdor where she allies with the Horde and the Night Elves to fight the Burning Legion.
