1. Woody Woodpecker

Woody Woodpecker was created in 1940 by Walter Lantz. The character was originally voiced by voice actor Mel Blanc. He would always get stuck in the file cabinet before emerging and have to get unstuck by his striped pet cat and sidekick named Spot. He was voiced by actor, comedian, singer Scatman Crothers.
6. Sylvester

Sylvester is a cartoon cat created by Friz Freleng for Looney Tunes. He is a black and white cat who, when he speaks, sticks his tongue out which creates an exaggerated lisp. 7. Homer Pigeon
