Lyon is the third largest city of France and sits where the rivers Rhone and Saone met. A boat ride on the river is a must, visit the old city of Lyon and amuse yourself in one of the many playgrounds.
Split is the second largest city of Croatia and lies on the Dalmatian coast. The old palace of Diocletian is the centre of the old city. You can walk around the palace, meet Roman soldiers, visit the local market, look around Klis Fortress or walk around the harbour.
Munich is the the third largest city in Germany and capital of Bavaria, famous for its beer festival. The city centre is easily accessible and offers lots of attractions and places of interest. See the Glockenspiel at Marienplatz, count the steps up to Alter Peter, or visit some of the museums such as the Science Museum and the Transport museum.
Barcelona is the second largest city in Spain and the capital of Catalonia. Antoni Gaudi's Park Guell is a must, a visit to the Science Museum is well worth it, the magic fountain is a great attraction and a visit to the Tibidabo amusement park is great for children of all ages.
Athens is the capital and largest city in Greece. The Acropolis is a World Heritage cite and a famous attraction. A visit there is a must and while you are there visit the Acropolis museum. Visit Plaka, with its narrow streets and small shops, see the stadium which is the site of first modern Olympics help in 1896 and take a ride up Lycabettus mount and enjoy the sights from up there.
Copenhagen is the largest city and capital of Denmark. You can visit the statue of the little mermaid there. You can also visit the Zoo, the Aquarium and Tivoli gardens, which is the oldest amusement park in the world.
