Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Cheer ark?

Answer: Kreacher

Kreacher is the house-elf who works in "the most Noble and Ancient House of Black." He is not a very nice fellow, as he lied to Harry and told him that Sirius was at the Department of Mysteries in "The Order of the Phoenix," which ultimately resulted in Sirius's death. Kreacher has also adopted his previous mistress's philosophy that you are worth nothing and are an embarrassment to the wizarding world if you are not a pure-blood, and makes this clear around Hermione, Harry and the Weasleys. After Sirius' death, the House of Black passed into Harry's hands, as did Kreacher. Harry no longer wanted Kreacher at the house, and so sent him to work in the Hogwarts kitchens.
2. Rude Eddy Sully?

Answer: Dudley Dursley

Dudley Dursley is Harry's horrible cousin, who, up until the time Harry found out he was a wizard, gave Harry a very hard time. He is Harry's only (known) cousin, and has been described as a brat from the very first time we ever heard of him. He attends Smeltings, a school where the children are encouraged to hit each other with sticks, as it "builds character." Due to many years of over-eating, Dudley has become very fat, and in the fourth book, was described as having "reached the size and weight of a young killer whale." In "The Order of the Phoenix," Dudley encounters a Dementor for the first time. Overall, Dudley is not a very likable character.
3. Lisa Buck, sir?

Answer: Sirius Black

Sirius Black is Harry Potter's godfather. He is briefly mentioned in "The Philosopher's Stone" as having lent his motorcycle to Hagrid, but we are really introduced to him in "The Prisoner of Azkaban," where is introduced to us as the mad mass murderer who betrayed Harry's parents, and murdered 13 muggles with a single curse.

As it turns out, this is not the case, as it was actually Peter Pettigrew who betrayed Harry's parents by telling Voldemort where they were when he was the secret keeper, and Sirius was completely innocent. Sirius is also the owner of 12, Grimmauld Place, which is the headquarters of the Order of the Phoenix. Sirius can also turn into a big black dog (we can tell this by his name- Sirius is the name of the dog-star). Sirius is murdered by his cousin, Bellatrix Lestrange, in "The Order of the Phoenix." There is still much debate as to whether Sirius is actually dead, as he only fell through the veil in the Department of Mysteries at the Ministry of Magic head office. I still miss him! However, I don't think that that was the last we will see of Sirius Black, and that somehow, he will make a reappearance in "The Deathly Hallows."
4. Full career duo?

Answer: Fleur Delacour

Fleur Delacour is the Champion from Beauxbatons in "The Goblet of Fire." She is meant to be strikingly beautiful, as her Grandmother was a Veela, which was revealed at the Weighing of the Wands. She was a little bit arrogant and cold towards Harry when she first met him, but greatly warmed up to him after he rescued her little sister, Gabrielle, from the lake at Hogwarts.

In "The Goblet of Fire," when the Weasleys came to watch Harry compete in the Third Task at the tournament, Fleur was to said to be "eyeing Bill with great interest over her mother's shoulder." In "The Order of the Phoenix," we hear that Fleur got herself a job at Gringotts to "eemprove 'er Eenglish," but Fred and George Weasley are pretty sure that it's just to be close to Bill.

In "The Half-Blood Prince," we discover that Bill and Fleur are engaged to be married, and that the wedding will probably take place in the new "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows."
5. I flag, grab ale?

Answer: Arabella Figg

Arabella Figg is a Squib (a Squib being a non-magic being who was born to magical parents), who has lived near to Harry his entire life. She always used to look after him when the Dursleys were away, and her "true" identity is finally revealed in "The Order of the Phoenix," when she helps Harry carry Dudley back to the house after they are attacked by Dementors. Also in "The Order of the Phoenix," she testifies at Harry's Underage Magic hearing, and ultimately plays a vital part in his being allowed to go back to Hogwarts.

She has a great love of cats, and interestingly enough, the other Squib in the story, Argus Filch, is also very devoted to his cat, Mrs Norris. It's also interesting that they share the same set of initials.
6. We greet per Pitt?

Answer: Peter Pettigrew

Peter Pettigrew is the man who betrayed Harry's parents to Voldemort. He was disguised as Ron's rat, Scabbers, for twelve years, as he was an illegal Animagus and could transform into a rat. He was one of James, Sirius and Lupin's "friends" at school, and was a described as "that fat little boy who used to follow James and Sirius around." In "The Prisoner of Azkaban," it is finally revealed that it was in fact Peter who murdered thirteen people with a single curse, and that he was actually very much alive, despite the fact that everyone thought it was Sirius.

In "The Goblet of Fire," Peter sacrificed his hand for Voldemort's resurrection.
7. Me, Grunt, fed us lunch?

Answer: Mundungus Fletcher

In the books, Mundungus Fletcher is mentioned in passing a few times, but we are first really introduced to him in "The Order of the Phoenix," where he is a member of the Order of the Phoenix. He abandoned Harry when he was supposed to be keeping watch, and Harry was attacked by Dementors. Mundungus, unfortunately, is a criminal, but is still extremely loyal to Dumbledore, who once got him out of some sort of trouble.

The fact that he is a criminal makes him very useful to the order, as he can get information that others can't.

He is also one of Fred and George's suppliers for their joke items for Weasley's Wizard Wheezes. The last we saw of Mundungus Fletcher was when Harry caught him outside of the Three Broomsticks trying to sell *stolen* Black family heirlooms, which belong to Harry after Sirius's death.
8. Fear by reck ring?

Answer: Fenrir Greyback

Not too much is known about Fenrir Greyback, except that he is a follower of Voldemort. He also happens to be a werewolf, the most feared one alive. His preference is to kidnap children, turn them into werewolves, and raise them to hate all humans. Fenrir Greyback was the werewolf who bit Remus Lupin, and thereby turned him into a werewolf as well.

In "The Half-Blood Prince," Fenrir bit Bill Weasley, but since it was not full moon and he was not a werewolf, it was believed that while Bill might inherit some wolf-like characteristics, he would not be fully werewolf. Overall, Fenrir is a truly distasteful character.
9. Slip risk pose?

Answer: Piers Polkiss

Piers Polkiss is Dudley's best friend, and is described as having a face like a rat. We first meet him in "The Philosopher's Stone," where he accompanies Dudley to the zoo on his birthday. According to the description in the book, he was the member of Dudley's gang who held people's arms behind their backs while Dudley punched them.
10. Fry crab, Ken?

Answer: Frank Bryce

Frank Bryce is a very minor character who we encounter in "The Goblet of Fire." He was the caretaker of the old Riddle House, and when Tom Riddle Snr. and his parents were found murdered, Frank Bryce was the one who was first accused of having killed them. He was later released as they had no grounds on which to convict him. However, the entire village of Little Hangleton never trusted him from then on, but he still stayed to care for the Riddle House. One night, nearing his 77th birthday, Frank suspected that some boys had broken into the house, and marched off to confront them. However, he discovered not boys there, but rather Lord Voldemort along with Peter Pettigrew. Frank was murdered by Lord Voldemort, and the last we ever saw of Frank Bryce was when "Priori Incantatem" was taking place between Harry and Voldemort's wands.
