Technically the area of Neptune is an unincorporated community and does not have a mayor, a glitch the writers missed on the episode when Gia's father, Woody, was introduced. They covered their tracks by stating it was merely what the citizens of Neptune called their county supervisor. Gia came in for the second season and was the frequent target of Dick's attentions.

Although she liked Veronica, Gia's personality annoyed Veronica.

When Logan was accused of killing a member of the PCH gang, Tom Griffith came forward as an eye witness. Logan knew that Griffith's claim was false and began to flirt and date Griffith's daughter. Griffith was horrified about Logan dating Hannah, and Logan agreed to give Hannah up on condition that Griffith go back on his testimony. Ironically Logan did begin to care for Hannah.

Troy was played by Aaron Ashmore, brother to "X-Men" star, Shawn Ashmore. Even though Troy was an 09er, he befriended the pariah, Veronica. He was adorably intimidated by Keith Mars. He left with a bang when Veronica discovered he was behind the stolen car and steroid mystery. He soon discovered what happens when Veronica gets her revenge on.

Jackie transferred in during her senior year in the second season of the show. She had been living with her mother and had a tense relationship with her father. She dated Wallace for some time, but left him for New York. She revealed that she was mother to a little toddler. She could not be angry with her father for being absent while she was doing the same to her child.

Sean's charade was discovered when he stole 5,000 dollars from a poker pot. Veronica was sent into the mix to discover who the culprit was as Weevil, the winner, took his earnings by taking the losers' possessions. Veronica was surprised to find Sean's father at home dressed up when she realized he was at work. Sean's defense had been that the money meant nothing to a rich 09er.

Susan Knight became pregnant after an affair with her teacher, Mr. Rooks. However, Susan was too afraid to go public with the news. Instead Carrie accused Mr. Rooks in the middle of class. Veronica initially led the charge to defend Mr. Rooks, but it soon appeared that Veronica was next on Mr. Rooks' list.

Meg was one 09er who defended and helped Veronica. When Meg was targeted in a smear campaign, Veronica volunteered her help to get to the bottom of the situation. She later helped Meg track down a secret admirer who turned out to be Duncan. Their relationship was strained when Veronica began dating Duncan again, and Meg was pregnant with his child. Duncan and Veronica saved Meg's baby from her abusive parents.

Answer: Madison Sinclair

Madison dated Dick for most of high school. She told Dick at the winter carnival that she was now interested in older men. When Cliff and Keith cornered the sheriff on his relationship, the sheriff's defense was the she was eighteen and legal. They countered with campaign posters with that sentiment. Madison was Veronica's most hated enemy.

Answer: Felix Toombs

The PCH gang, led by Weevil, decided to exact revenge for Lilly's death. Believing Logan to be the culprit, they tracked him down to a bridge where he intended to jump. He knocked Weevil out, but was then beaten unconscious by the other PCHers. When Logan eventually woke up, he found Felix dead and a knife in his hand.
