Sam actually argued that Shemp, not Curly, was the funnier Stooge, saying that he found "Curly's work a bit obvious." Dean saw his mother burned on the ceiling and his torture in Hell. Sam saw his fall into Lucifer's cage in Hell, and his torture there. After this reminder of what they had been through at the hands of demons, Dean told his brother that he knew they had to stick together and he would support him taking on the trials to close the Gates of Hell.

At the beginning of the episode, Shane was killed when he was hit by a truck. Later, the sheriff's office discovered a newspaper article saying he was killed by a bear. After Sam and Dean found him, he had a heart attack and died in front of them. Shane, or Prometheus, as he turned out to be, died every day from a curse put on him by Zeus.

In "Remember the Titans", Dean sarcastically responded to Sam, "I don't know. You?" Sam does fit the bill, since he has excellent fighting/hunting skills, has died at least five times that we know of (stabbed by Jake in "All Hell Breaks Loose Part 1", electrocuted in "Wishful Thinking", impaled by Anna in "The Song Remains the Same", shot by hunters in "The Dark Side of the Moon", and falling into Lucifer's cage in "Swan Song"), and has the history with Madison, Ruby, and Amy. Of course, Dean could have just as easily named himself, since he has the same fighting/hunting skills, died all those times in "Mystery Spot", in addition to dying in "In My Time of Dying", "No Rest for the Wicked", "Dark Side of the Moon", and "Survival of the Fittest", and he had the hook up with Lydia, the amazon, producing the amazon spawn that tried to kill him.

Answer: Prometheus

Artemis shot an arrow that kills immortals at Zeus, but Zeus blocked the arrow by pulling Prometheus in front of him so the arrow went into Prometheus. Then, after Zeus told Prometheus that he was going to put his son on the mountain to be tortured, Prometheus forced the arrow through himself and into Zeus, killing them both.

The Winchesters and Castiel discovered that Crowley had been torturing Meg to find the locations of Lucifer's crypts. Meg had not revealed the locations, though. The threesome rescued the demon. But, Crowley found her when she and Sam were guarding the crypt (while Dean and Castiel were inside searching for the tablet). Meg sent Sam in to save his brother and Castiel, while she fought Crowley. Crowley killed Meg using an angel blade. Meg was happy before she died, seeing that Castiel had gotten away with the tablet, keeping it from Crowley.

In "Goodbye Stranger", Meg told the brothers that Crowley was searching for the angel tablet, and Castiel lied to the Winchesters, claiming that the demons had lied to him about what was in the crypts. Dean responded, "Really? Because I saw you zero dark thirty that demon. You were more than persuasive." Dean was referring to "Zero Dark Thirty", the movie about the CIA's efforts to get Osama Bin Laden, which included depictions of the torture, or enhanced interrogation techniques, used on terrorists to obtain information.

Sam told Meg that he had spent the last year with a woman and lived a life without hunting. Meg responded with the above quote, and then asked, "How'd you meet this unicorn?" Later, Meg referred to Castiel as her own unicorn, and sent Sam into the building to help Dean and her unicorn while she took on Crowley alone.

Dean called them the Apple Dumpling Gang after he and Sam saw them kill the vampire on the security tape. After the brothers caught up with the kids and realized what they were doing, Sam said to Dean, "Okay, so these kids, they're..." And Dean cut him off, finishing the sentence with "dangerous and off their meds." And, before Dean left to question the girl that had been tied up in the hotel room, he told Sam, "Why don't you stay here and look after the Brady Bunch?" Victor referred to the kids as "the Dream Team" when he was explaining to the brothers why he was training them to hunt.

Dean's line about the sweater was pretty funny, since Victor wore a sweater throughout the episode, making him seem like a creepy Mr. Rogers. This rule about the sweater got added to Dean's rules from "We Need to talk about Kevin", when Dean stated that "You never take a joint from a guy named Don and no dogs in the car."

Answer: Rescue an innocent soul from Hell and deliver it to Heaven

In "Taxi Driver", Kevin told Sam and Dean that the second trial was "rescuing an innocent soul from Hell and delivering it unto Heaven." The brothers proceeded to trap and torture a crossroad demon in order to find out how to get into Hell "uninvited".

Answer: Dean

Dean asked Benny a favor. The favor was to allow Dean to kill him by chopping off his head so that Benny would go to Purgatory. Once there, Benny could save Sam who was trapped there. Benny said to Dean, "Wow. When Dean Winchester asks for a favor, he's not screwing around." He then agreed to do it. Dean chopped off Benny's head, and Benny went to Purgatory.

He saved Sam and Bobby, but when it came time to leave with them, he hesitated, and then stayed behind to fight vampires so that the other two could escape. Dean buried Benny's body, so there could be a chance of him getting out again, and Sam agreed with him, telling Dean he had come to understand his brother's friendship with the vampire.

Crowley has used all these terms to refer to the taller Winchester. He has also called Sam "gigantor". In "Taxi Driver", he was disturbed to discover Sam was breaking into Hell, and said, "Am I the only one that sees the urgency of the situation? Something is going on. My hellhound has been killed. Winchester Jumbo-size is trying to break into the mother ship. And that prophet of theirs is madly translating away. Add it up!"

Answer: Tori Spelling

Sam revealing he knew about the pedicures and Tori Spelling convinced Bobby that he really was Sam. Bobby had revealed the two secrets to Dean in season 6 during "You Can't Handle the Truth", while Dean was affected by the curse of Veritas, which compelled people to tell him the truth.
