Answer: Morocco

In Leg 10, teams departed from the Pit Stop in Kiev, Ukraine and headed thousands of miles to Ouarzazote, Morocco. Although a lot of the teams were on even grounds upon arrival in Morocco, Lyn and Karlyn were able to get ahead. At an antiques store in Kasbah, teams were told to obtain a good luck charm, which they needed to take with them to the Pit Stop. Teams were then told to head six miles to Atlas Studios, where a Yield would be ahead.

Answer: Two

At the Atlas Studios, Teams evened out for a night-long wait and then competed in the Road Block. One team member was required to don traditional garb and ride a chariot around a stadium. At a point, team members needed to collect two flags matching the colours on their horse. Rob, Dustin, James, and Karlyn each completed this Moroccan task.

Answer: Lyn and Karlyn

Though they arrived first at the studios, the sisters were unable to keep up with the group and were Yielded by Dustin and Kandice before receiving their Road Block. Following the Road Block, teams drove twenty-two miles to the town of Idelssan and the Café Prigola where the could find their next clue. On the way, Rob and Kimberly got a flat tire, causing Lyn and Karlyn to sneak ahead despite the Yielding.

Answer: Grind It

At the Café Prigola, teams obtained the Detour, where they could choose between 'Throw It' and 'Grind It'. In 'Throw It' teams would have needed to throw two clay pots at a pottery studio four miles from the café. Instead all teams chose 'Grind It', which involved crushing olives at another location four miles from the café.

After 77 pounds of olives were crushed and packaged, teams would receive their next clue.

Answer: Tyler and James

After the Detour, teams drove twenty-five miles to a marked boulder outside of Marrakesh where they needed to run to a Nomadic Berber Camp off the road. Once at the Pit Stop, the team with the correct 'Good Luck Charm' would win the prize. James and Tyler, who also placed first, matched the charm correctly and won two Sprint Palm Pilots with a year's free service.

The last team to arrive was Dustin and Kandice, who weren't eliminated, but instead marked for elimination.

Answer: Karlyn

In the beginning of Leg 11, teams were instructed to drive 275 miles to Casablanca from their Pit Stop outside Marrakesh. Once at their destination, Quartier des Habous, teams found their Road Block clues requiring that one member be chosen to prepare, cook, and eat a pound of camel meat. Once the meat was eaten, teams could continue to their next location.

Answer: Barcelona

Following the Road Block, teams traveled nearly 800 miles to the city of Barcelona, Spain to find their next clue. All teams arrived on the same flight and were told to take a taxi to Parc del Laberint where they needed to navigate a hedge maze to find their next clue. Because the park didn't open until the following morning, teams had to wait outside until it opened.

Answer: Two

The hedge maze clue was a Detour. This choice was between 'Lug It' and 'Lob It'. In 'Lug It', teams needed to travel four miles by taxi to the Maremagnum Bridge in Barcelona. Once there, both members needed to get underneath a giant costume from the Festival of Giants held in Barcelona every year. Once teams walked more than a mile to Plaza de Sant Felip Neri, they could obtain their clue.

Answer: Tomatoes

Teams not choosing to 'Lug It' needed to travel nine miles by taxi to a town square where the Tomatina Festival could be found. Teams needed to search a pile of tomatoes for clues while locals pelted them with more tomatoes from surrounding piles. Rob and Kimberly and Lyn and Karlyn chose this task while Dustin and Kandice and Tyler and James chose to 'Lug It'.

Answer: Dustin and Kandice

Following the Detour, teams were told to take a taxi to the fountain on the grounds of Palau National Mont Juic in Barcelona. Rob and Kimberly were the first to arrive (for their second time in the race) and both won a trip to Barbados for doing so. Dustin and Kandice, who were marked for elimination, placed last despite their thirty minute time penalty, and were the final team to be eliminated from the race.

Answer: France

Teams departed from the Pit Stop in Barcelona and traveled four miles to the next clue at a church which has been under construction for 124 years, Sagrada Familia. Their next clue was in a park behind the church. Teams then needed to travel to Paris, France and the Eiffel Tower where their next clue would be waiting. Rob and Kimberly were the only team to make it onto the first flight at 6:00am.

The other teams departed more than an hour later.

Answer: Kimberly

On the third floor of the Eiffel Tower, teams obtained their clue, telling teams to travel 145 miles to the town of Caen where they would find their clue in an airport. Lyn and Karlyn were first to arrive at the airport despite the fact that they were last to arrive in Paris, and despite the fact that they took a taxi to the tower as opposed to a train.

At the airport, teams got the Road Block, which required a team member to tandem skydive over Omaha Beach over Normandy nearly 13,000 feet in the air.

Then, that team member would reunite with their other half at Bayeux Train Station.

Answer: Fashion

After an intense Road Block, teams traveled by train back to Paris, nearly 163 miles away, in order to obtain another clue from Place de la Concorde, one of the most famous squares in Paris. Here, teams found the final Detour: 'Art' or 'Fashion'. In 'Art', teams would have needed to find a local art gallery, then take a picture to an artist on a Paris street.

However, all three teams chose to complete 'Fashion' which required that they travel one block to the Anatomy Fashion Center. Once they pinned and recreated a jacket on a mannequin, they could receive their clue.

Answer: New York City

After the Detour task, teams were instructed to fly nearly three thousand more miles to New York City, the final destination. Once there, teams had to travel to Manhattan and the Daily News Building containing the giant globe. Here, teams could find the penultimate clue, sending them two miles to the East Village on foot, where a woman in a yellow cap could hand them their clue at 'The Alamo'.

Answer: Tyler and James

Teams at 'The Alamo' were told to go to Garrison, New York, nearly fifty-six miles away in Putnam County to St. Basil Academy. Once there, teams could run to the finish line where Phil would be waiting to check them in. Tyler and James, who traveled forty thousand miles to reach the finish line, won the million dollar prize with Rob and Kimberly placing second and Lyn and Karlyn placing third.
