We've been working round the clock to repair the damage, and now, at last, we're back, better than ever! Coming up in the next hour, President Clark accepts a report from the Ministry of Peace on how crime has been virtually eliminated, ever since the extremely popular martial law declaration was issued." Garibaldi [disgusted]: "Turn it off!" Ivanova: "You know, sometimes I think I'm too pessimistic! I mean, what's wrong with thinking maybe things might work out once in a while? And then something like this happens! I mean, did they really think people were gonna fall for this?" Franklin: "Why not? Worked before! He who controls information controls the world!" Ivanova: "The Captain's gonna love it when he sees this!"

The Babylon 5 command staff enjoy a party in Earheart's in honor of David Corwin's promotion from lieutenant, j.g. to full lieutenant. Since his promotion will bring him more in contact with the command staff, Sheridan asks Ivanova to feel out Corwin's loyalties to see if he could be brought into their conspiracy against Earth.

I mean, what if he would have just blown your brains all over the place? What if he...What's that?" Sheridan: "Energy cap. I palmed it when I shoved the gun in his pocket." Ivanova: "You are going to give me an ulcer." Sheridan: "Okay, okay, next time I'll give him a live gun. You really do want that promotion, don't you?" Ivanova: "Next time you gonna--?!"

This is a funny scene between two Drazi missionaries, Garibaldi and Zack. Garibaldi: "Now let me get this straight. You two are missionaries?" Drazi: "Yes. Great sign. Okay, so here's how this... [Drazi begin poking Zack] ...What are you doing?" Drazi: "Droshalla visitation mean station blessed. Everything here blessed. You also blessed. We touch to share your blessing." Zack: "No, don't poke me. I don't like it. I don't wanna share my blessing, okay? But you see that plant over there? It was in the garden when this Drobawa." Drazi: "Droshalla!" Zack: "Right. Anyway. It was real close. So it's even more blessed than I am! So why don't you two just go poke the plant while I fill out your entry visas? Okay? Yeah?"
