Londo: "By treaty, all Narn warships will be turned over to Centauri forces!"

Garibaldi: "Sorry, we didn't sign that treaty! You got a problem, call Earth! If they hadn't forced us to break away, we wouldn't need a mutual protection agreement! That means we take every ship we can get!"

Londo: "And what guarantees will you give me that the cruiser will not open fire on a Centauri vessel as it approaches Babylon 5, hmm?"

Garibaldi: "It's the same guarantee I gave when I said that none of the other Narns would break into your quarters in the middle of the night and slit your throat."

Londo: "Mr. Garibaldi, you have never given me that promise!"

Garibaldi: "You're right. Sleep tight!"

Answer: outside the station

Ivanova: "Chief! You're just in time. The Vorlon transport carrying their new ambassador just came through the jumpgate. What's up?"

Garibaldi: "Captain wants to convene a meeting of the War Council this afternoon. Figured I'd give you a heads-up on it."

Ivanova: "Thanks. The way the day's been going, I'll take whatever advance warning I can get! [to tech:] Better get the Captain on the link, tell him the Vorlon ship's about to dock!"

Garibaldi: "Uh, I can do that."

Ivanova: "Why?"

Garibaldi: "I'd ... just prefer to, that's all."

Ivanova: "Okay. What is it?"

Garibaldi: "With everything that's been going on around here lately, he just needed to get out a little, stretch his legs a bit. So he ... took a walk ... outside ... on the forward cargo stabilizers."

Answer: Breen

G'Kar and Na'Kal, the captain of the G'Tok, share a meal.

Na'Kal: "Breen! You've managed to import breen from Homeworld! How?"

G'Kar: "It, uh, isn't actually breen."

Na'Kal: "The smell, the taste!"

G'Kar: "It's an Earth food. They are called Swedish meatballs! It's a strange thing, but every sentient race has its own version of these Swedish meatballs! I suspect it's one of those great universal mysteries which will either never be explained, or which would drive you mad if you ever learned the truth!"

Treel is a fish-like food raised by the Centauri ('TKO'). Flarn is the special Minbari food that is prepared with an extensive ritual ('Confessions and Lamentations'). Spoo is another Centauri food that is not supposed to be eaten fresh ('A Tragedy of Telepaths') and does not taste like chicken ('A View From the Gallery').

Sheridan: "So now I understand, for all intents and purposes, you are to take Kosh's place. You will occupy his quarters, and we are to refer to you by his name when we are in public. Is that correct? Ah! Well then, we'll, uh, show you the way. Uh, Ivanova will brief you on anything you need to know. Um, before you go, your government neglected to tell me your name. How should I refer to you when we're alone?"

Ulkesh: "Kosh."

Sheridan: "Ah, yes, I - I understand that's how we're to refer to you publicly, but, uh, privately?"

Ulkesh: "Kosh!"

Ivanova: "Ambassador Kosh is dead."

Ulkesh: "We are all Kosh!"

Sheridan: "Well, he's a Vorlon, all right!"

Answer: Foundationism

Franklin: "You know, as a Foundationist, I was always taught that if you're not careful, you can lose yourself in the world. You get too busy with things, not busy enough with yourself! Spend your days and nights living someone else's agendas, fighting someone else's battles, and you're doing the work you're supposed to be doing, but every day there's less and less of you in it all! Till one day, you come to a fork in the road, and because you're distracted, you're not thinking. You lose yourself. You go right, and the rest of you, the really important part of you, goes left! And you don't even know you've done it till you realize, you finally realize, that you don't have any idea who you are when you're not doing all those things!"

So Franklin decides to go on walkabout...

Franklin: "By going walkabout. You just leave everything, and you start walking. I mean the Foundation adopted the idea from the aborigines back on Earth. The theory is, if you're separated from yourself, you start walking and you keep walking until you meet yourself! Then you sit down, and you have a long talk. Talk about everything that you've learned, everything that you've felt, and you talk until you've run out of words. Now, that's vital, because the real important things can't be said! And then, if you're lucky, you look up, and there's just you. Then you can go home."

Answer: Sheridan

Delenn: "Captain, I do have one concern. We do not know how strong a telepath has to be to jam a Shadow vessel, or how many are necessary. Lyta is a P5. She may not be strong enough."

Ivanova: "I agree. If you're determined to go through with this, I recommend some backup. Bring along a couple of Minbari telepaths on the other ship; if it looks like things aren't working, bring them into range and see if it makes a difference."

Sheridan: "I'm trying to minimize the risks!"

Garibaldi: "You're not minimizing anybody's risk if you don't bring back solid information! This way, we'll know exactly what we need to shut these things down!"

Delenn: "I agree!"

Garibaldi: "Good! All agreed say aye!"

All: "Aye!"

Garibaldi: "Opposed?"

Sheridan: "Nay!"

Ivanova: "The ayes have it! The War Council has spoken. You'll do it our way."

Answer: Cailyn

Cailyn: "So, what's your name?"

Franklin: "Stephen."

Cailyn: "Ugh, I had an old boyfriend named Stephen, and he tore my heart down one side and up the other! So you're gonna be Steve."

Franklin: "Steve. All right."

Cailyn: "And I'm Cailyn."

Franklin: "Cailyn."

Cailyn: "And I am proud and honored to make your acquaintance!"

Answer: Yes

Lyta tries to block the ship at first and fails, but then Sheridan grabs Lyta by the hand and that snaps her to attention as she sees the death of Kosh through the contact. Lyta is throroughly pissed now.

Lyta: "They killed him! They tore him apart!"

She focuses all of her attention on the ship and it freezes. The White Star opens fire, destroying the Shadow ship. Unfortunately the battle doesn't end there as reinforcements arrive.

Answer: Metazine

Franklin asks Cailyn if there is anything he can do to help, and she responds with Metazine. He says no, thinking that she is a drug addict since Metazine is a narcotic. Obviously he wouldn't want to encourage her, especially since he is trying to get over his own addiction.

Answer: Dr. Kyle

Hobbs: "Good to see you back, Doctor!"

Franklin: "Well, I'm not! Uh, I'm just making sure that she's okay. What's the prognosis?"

Hobbs: "She'll be okay. We've got her on a metazine drip now..."

Franklin: "Metazine? Are you out of your mind? That's what put her in here in the first place!"

Hobbs: "Doctor, it wasn't an overdose."

Franklin: "What are you talking about? I saw the vial in her hand! I found her unconscious on the floor!"

Hobbs: "The vial hadn't been opened yet. My guess is she used your identicard to get the metazine from a local dispensary because she couldn't afford it anymore. Then she came back to her quarters and passed out before she could use it."

Franklin: "Passed out from what?"

Hobbs: "The pain. I'm sorry, I thought you knew."

Franklin: "Knew what?"

Hobbs: "She was diagnosed with terminal neural paralysis a little over two years ago, just before you got here. Incurable. She took it pretty hard. She had a pretty good career going back home as a singer. Dr. Kyle handled the diagnosis."

Franklin: "How much time does she have left?"

Hobbs: "Given her current condition, six months, maybe seven."
