In the early 1970s, Puck opened his revolutionary Spago in Hollywood, which introduced the world to gourmet pizza. He is probably the best known celebrity chef in the United States, and has created a restaurant, frozen food and publishing empire. Jewish pizza is a pizza with cream cheese, lox and caviar.
