9. The children work out that Mr Taylor is stealing expensive breeds of dogs and must be hiding them somewhere in the cellar. He can't be working alone. The girls check the newspapers for 'lost and found' notices, and the boys go and explore the cellar. They find a room full of unhappy dogs in cages! What happens next?
