A list of the rich, famous, and infamous buried there would take pages. It is one of the most visited spot in Paris. The grave of rock-star Jim Morrison is the most visited. The grounds are also adorned with statuary.
2. History: Which of these wars was fought first?

Answer: War of the Roses

The War of the Roses 1455-1487 was actually a series of civil wars for control of the English throne between the House of York and the House of Lancaster, eventually won by the House of Lancaster and the ascension of Henry Tudor. The white rose was the banner of the House of York and the red rose the House of Lancaster.

The Boer War 1899-1902 was between the Dutch settlers in South Africa against the British rule. A Boer is the Dutch word for farmer. The British, although not well prepared for war, was able to prevail.

The War of the Spanish Succession 1701-1714 involved most of the powerful European countries. The war was to prevent the Bourbons from uniting Spain and France under one rule. Hostilities ended when Philip V was proclaimed King of Spain and renounced his right to the French throne.
