Answer: Tropic of Capricorn

The Tropic of Capricorn runs through Brazil, Chile and northern South Africa as well as Australia. The Tropic of Cancer runs through Mexico, Egypt, Southern China and several other countries.
2. What does the name of Canberra, Australia's capital city, mean?

Answer: Meeting Place

Canberra's name comes from the word Nganbirra meaning meeting place. Wagga Wagga means place of many crows, Catagunya means black swan and Poatina means cavern.
3. In which Australian state will you find Catagunya, Cethana and Campbell Town?

Answer: Tasmania

Catagunya (meaning "black swan") and Cethana (meaning "hair") are both hydro electric developments in Tasmania. Campbell Town is a midlands town, once a coaching stop.
4. In which Australian region will you find Cardwell, Clifton Beach and Cairns?

Answer: Far North Queensland

Cardwell is a coastal town north of Townsville and south of Cairns. Clifton Beach is a beach/holiday village close to Cairns.
