3. Cheektowaga, Lackawanna, East Aurora.

Answer: Buffalo

Many of Buffalo's suburbs have Native American names--Tonawanda is another example. President William McKinley was shot in Buffalo on September 6, 1901. On a happier note, Jack Kemp played QB for the Buffalo Bills, who now compete in another Buffalo suburb--Orchard Park, NY. President Millard Fillmore lived in East Aurora from 1826 to 1830.
4. Wethersfield, Glastonbury, Bloomfield.

Answer: Hartford

Are suburbs of Hartford also suburbs of New York City? I do not know so I left New York City out of the answer choices. Hartford is not the largest city in Connecticut--Bridgeport is. Before a new stadium deal was reached in Foxboro, MA, owner Bob Craft threatened to move the New England Patriots to Hartford.
5. Berea, Brooklyn, Shaker Heights.

Answer: Cleveland

Shaker Heights is near the suburb of Pepper Pike (yes, that is a town name). Berea is home to the practice facility of The Browns. Cleveland is no longer the largest city in Ohio; Columbus now is larger.
6. Apollo Beach, Brandon, Orient Park.

Answer: Tampa

Neither Tampa nor Miami qualifies as being the largest city in Florida--Jacksonville takes that honor. The major professional sports teams in the area have the name "Tampa Bay." That refers to the body of water--the actual city name is Tampa. The sports teams represent the metro area, which also includes the major city of St. Petersburg.
7. Romulus, Windsor, Bloomfield Hills.

Answer: Detroit

Detroit is one of the few places in the Continental United States where you can look south into Canada. As an illustration of that fact, Windsor is in Ontario. Romulus is home to Detroit Metro-Wayne County Airport. Bloomfield Hills is home to Oakland Hills Country Club--site of the 2004 Ryder Cup matches, and a former site of golf's US Open.
8. Brentwood, Hendersonville, Goodlettsville.

Answer: Nashville

Nashville is now home to two major professional sports teams--the NFL's Titans and the NHL's Predators. Nashville is located at the intersection of I-65, I-40, and I-24. The Grand Ole Opry is located in Nashville.
9. Bountiful, Murray, Kearns.

Answer: Salt Lake City

Salt Lake City is located in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains. The city is home to the famous Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and it was the site of the 2002 Winter Olympics.
10. Lyndon, Jeffersontown, Clarksville.

Answer: Louisville

Clarksville is located in Indiana, just across the Ohio River from Louisville. Jeffersontown is in Kentucky, although there is a suburb named Jeffersonville in Indiana. Louisville is probably best known as the site of Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby. Louisville is also home to Valhalla golf course where Tiger Woods won the 2000 PGA Championship.
