Though it was never proven, Jackson was certain one arm was longer than the other. He is also noted for leading his men in complete circles and even falling asleep with food in his mouth. There are several statues of Jackson in Richmond and many battlefield memorials, including Manassas.

Bee was killed almost immediately after his famous quote. That is how Jackson received his nickname. Bee also said the Rebs could conquer if they were determined to fight to the last.

Hunter Maguire amputated his limb. Jackson was hit hit twice in the arm and once in the hand. Jackson was sent out of the war to recover. This ended the war for him.
