Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Resting place of Serithtial.

Answer: Castle Scarwall

Castle Scarwall is a sprawling dungeon which takes up most of the campaign's fifth chapter-- 'Skeletons of Scarwall'. Amongst other things, the castle is a haunting ground for dangerous undead creatures, many of whom are trapped within its walls due to strong binding magic. If anyone dies in its proximity, odds are, they aren't getting out. That said, destroying the Spirit Anchors keeping things in check in the castle will have a notable effect and likely purge the place of evils for a time. Beneath the castle is Serithtial, a magical item that has the power to bring down Kazavon's influence and, in turn, Queen Ileosa.
2. Hidden beneath a plague hospice in Korvosa.

Answer: Temple of Urgathoa

The Temple of Urgathoa is a bit of a secret, and heroes will only come across it if they find the keys to a lift inside the offices of the plague hospice secured at the end of 'Seven Days to the Grave'. This elaborate, underground laboratory is devoted to the god of pestilence, Urgathoa, whose underlings spend the entirety of the campaign's second chapter spreading the Bloodveil disease to the helpless citizens of the city on Queen Ileosa's wishes. Urgathoa's servant, Lady Andaisin, will wait in the deepest chamber.
3. Home of the Blackbird Ranch; on the confluence of the Sarwen and Falcon Rivers.

Answer: Harse

A small farming community outside of Korvosa, Harse is the perfect place for some of the campaign's more 'wanted' individuals to take up residence while things cool down in Korvosa. After Trinia is (ideally) saved in 'Edge of Anarchy', Vencarlo will take her to Harse's Blackbird Ranch to hide.

The same happens to the heroes at the end of 'Escape From Old Korvosa' when it's apparent they can't do much more from within the city itself. Fortunately, the adventure doesn't stop there. Continuing past Harse, they can advance onward and upward towards the Cinderlands.
4. Pier over the narrows; home to the alleged King of Spiders.

Answer: Eel's End

Devargo Barvasi resides in the largest ship (of five) at Eel's End, a home for thugs and petty thieves across the Korvosan Narrows, and it's visited in 'Edge of Anarchy' after the heroes of the campaign join the Korvosan Guard, even if as temporary members following the King's untimely death.

Although the only reason to visit is to get some proof of shady, backroom dealings, the visit may be a bit more exciting all-said because it could lead to a game of Knivesies or result in the release of a small dragon.
5. Thassilonian monument in the Mushfens; home of the Everdawn Pool.

Answer: The Sunken Queen

Anyone assaulting Castle Korvosa near the end of the campaign in 'Crown of Fangs' will inevitably tie Queen Ileosa to a hidden lair in the Mushfens known as the Sunken Queen, which is an apt name for a location at which Queen Ileosa plans to draw her immortality or, if she falls in battle against the heroes, meet her end.

This Thassilonian ruin conceals an underground lair leading to the Everdawn Pool, a site known for drawing power, and it's there that the final battle of the game against Queen Ileosa, and whatever other things she conjures up, will occur.
6. The Red Reaver's battleground.

Answer: The Moon Ruin

The Moon Ruin, found in the Cinderlands in 'A History of Ashes', is one of the locations that needs to be visited to fulfill all the objectives necessary to win over the Shoanti tribes. Here, you need to help out Truthseeker Akram who, ultimately, will be the only person who can verify the things the heroes have done in the area to prove their worth.

The Moon Ruin, normally a pilgrimage site, is home to a creature called the Red Reaver, whose rending attacks can be quite devastating to an unwary adventurer.

It's an unwary landmark, though it's a religious site for a common god in Golarion-- Desna.
7. Former home of King Eodred II.

Answer: Castle Korvosa

Castle Korvosa is very much a centerpiece of the "Curse of the Crimson Throne" adventure path, being a location visited as early as 'Edge of Anarchy' and as late as the near-end of 'Crown of Fangs'. While this structure in the middle of Korvosa seems like an effective fortress for the ruler of Korvosa, it certainly didn't stop King Eodred from being murdered from within, and as is demonstrated in 'Crown of Fangs', it's pregnable through various means.

Unfortunately, by that point, Queen Ileosa, the target of any attacks, is long-gone.
8. Site of the Golarion Globe.

Answer: The Acropolis of the Thrall Keepers

One of many sites on the 'Tour of the Cinderlands' the party needs to take to gain some reputation in 'A History of Ashes', The Acropolis of the Thrall Keepers is likely one of the first places of significance for anyone dealing with the Brotherhood of Bones; the interesting character Shadowcount Sial will be waiting there to intercept and start acting for Zon-Kuthon.

In the basement of this dungeon, a large globe of Golarion with magical powers waits, and after the heroes (any one of them) gains the Spherewalker's Mark by getting sucked inside of it, the visit really doesn't need to progress further.
9. Home of Bloodpig in Old Korvosa.

Answer: Pilt's Palace

Pilt's Palace isn't the most glamorous place in Korvosa by a long shot, but the dilapidated warehouses and hovels amassed by Pilts Swastel do pose as a bit of an obstacle for the heroes in 'Escape From Old Korvosa', specifically at a point in time where a missing artist (trapped inside) holds the key to unravelling the political intrigue in the city.

When the heroes visit this location, they'll possibly need to play a game of Bloodpig, a football-like game where the ball is...well...a pig.
10. Built atop the Vivified Labyrinth.

Answer: Palace Arkona

Found in Old Korvosa, Palace Arkona is a massive estate (the largest on the island) run by what many are unaware is a group of disguised Rakshasas posing as local aristocracy. While it's possible that a certain group of adventurers will need to fight their way through the palace proper, their goal of locating the missing Seneschal and (as they will eventually find) Vencarlo Orisini in 'Escape From Old Korvosa' will likely take them into the Vivified Labyrinth, a sprawling dungeon consisting of rotating chambers and guarded by a Darksphinx.
