10. Who carried the Elvenring, Narya the Great, the Ring of Fire, during the War of the Ring?

Answer: Gandalf

The Ring first belonged to Círdan, but he gave it to Gandalf, when he arrived on Middle-Earth, sensing the true power of Gandalf. This move possibly shaped the whole future of Middle-Earth. Celeborn, as mighty as he was, never wore one of the great Rings. Galadriel wore Nenya, the Ring of Adamant and the last ring, Vilya, the Ring of Sapphire, had been passed to Elrond by Gil-galad when Elrond founded Imladris (Rivendell).

Some people argue that Narya aswell had been borne by Gil-galad and passed to Círdan shortly before or just after the overthrowing of Sauron but it is almost certain that Círdan was the first recipient of Narya.
