Although the only time the name of the bank is mentioned aloud occurs when detective Ripley (Glenn Ford) relays the information to a fellow detective when Kelly describes the location of the bank building in San Francisco, on other occasions the name appears on a large money bag, a brief glimpse of the bank name on a window, and a clock embedded in the floor of the bank. Crocker-Anglo bank merged with Wells Fargo in 1986.
