Phantom of the Opera (2004) Trivia Quiz

Raoul is seen at the legs only at first, getting into a wheel chair. Then when you see the auctioneer, that's when we first see Raoul, who then makes eye contact with Meg Giry. They both bid for the music box which reminds them of the Phantom.

The Phantom learns to be very lonely as he has been living by himself in the opera house for most of his life. Minnie Driver (the women who played Carlotta) sings this song.

Answer: "Miss Daae has returned."

Madame Giry says this right after the song where they all get notes from O.G. (Opera Ghost). Andre and Firmin sing most of the song. They are both disgusted about the Opera Ghost demanding a salary. Raoul, Carlotta and Piangi also sing in the song. Carlotta and Raoul have notes of their own, and Madame Giry has one as well. We don't know when Christine returns, only that when she does, she's resting. Carlotta and Piangi were the most interested in Christine's return because they needed to know if she was going to sing in the opera that night.

Meg sings with the chorus. "Track down this murderer! He must be found!". Christine sings her anger (at first) towards the Phantom. "I gave you my mind, blindly." Madame Giry sings a warning to Raoul. "Your hands at the level of your eyes." The Phantom sings the choice Christine has to make. "So do you end your days with me, or do you send him to his grave?"

"I'm sure you've read about their recent fortune in the junk business." "Scrap metal, actually." Lefevre (the previous owner of the Opera Populaire) is telling his cast and crew that the rumors of him leaving are true. He then introduces the new owners, Monsieur Richard Firmin and Monsieur Gilles Andre.

Answer: "Angel of Music"/"All I Ask of You"/"Point of no Return"

Christine sings "Angel of Music", Raoul sings "All I Ask of You" and the Phantom sings "Point of No Return". This song was brilliantly composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber. They don't actually sing the words from the songs, but different words to the tunes.

The choice is up to Christine...who will she choose to spend the rest of her life with. If she chooses the Phantom, Raoul might die. He she doesn't choose the Phantom Raoul will die.

"This face, which earned a mother's fear a loathing. A mask, my first unfeeling scrap of clothing. Pity comes too late! Turn around and face your fate! An eternity of THIS before your eyes!" The Phantom remembers a little bit of his past. He is singing this to Christine, as he puts on her wedding veil and hands her the ring.

Answer: Coach Driver

He kills the Gypsy Master when he is just a boy and Madame Giry meets him for the first time. She brings him to the Opera Populaire to live, where he kills Buquet during the transaction of "Il Muto" where Carlotta and Christine switch roles. Piangi is killed later, during "Don Juan Triumphant".

He does knock out the coach driver, but the coach driver recovers in time to tell Raoul that they went to the cemetery.

Answer: It says so on Christine's gravestone.

It says on Christine's gravestone that she was a loving mother and wife. Which in fact means that she had children. However, we never actually see the children in the film.

Answer: We see the rose and ring on Christine's gravestone.

You know he's alive after Christine's death, because he places a rose with her ring on it, on her grave. And like the other roses that he gave her, it has a black ribbon tied around it.
