Answer: Doll

When Yoosun is kidnapped, she has a doll with her. Inside the doll is a recording of her father telling her that he loves her, and her replying that she loves him too. Ryu makes the necklace, then taunts Yoosun with it - he wants to upset her so that he can take a photo of her crying. He then swaps the necklace for the doll, which he sends along with the photo to Yoosun's father.

Answer: Braid their hair

Yoosun tells Ryu's sister this while they have been left alone together in the apartment. Ryu's sister tells Yoosun that she is always alone, and would be happy for Yoosun to come and visit her any time. She writes down her contact details for Yoosun, unwittingly creating the piece of evidence which will eventually help Mr Park track down her brother.

Answer: Washing

Ryu returns to the apartment in an extremely good mood - he has received the money, Yoosun is fine, and he's finally able to save his sister. Unknown to him, in his absence his sister had discovered that he had lost his job, and believing herself to be a burden to him, she decided to commit suicide. Following Yoosun's message, Ryu goes to the bathroom and finds his beloved sister laying dead in the bathtub.

Answer: He believes the water is very deep.

Yoosun drowns while trying to get Ryu's attention, but being deaf, he fails to hear her cries. When he sees her body, he hesitates at the shore, remembering that the water will come up higher than his head. At this time, the mentally disabled man who had scared Yoosun walks straight into the water towards her. The water only comes up to his waist, and Ryu realises that he was a child when he had first been warned about the water; he is taller now.

At first it appears that the disabled man is going to retrieve Yoosun's body, but instead he just takes her necklace, and returns to shore.

Answer: Given her swimming lessons

This is possibly the saddest scene in an incredibly bleak film. Mr Park dreams that Yoosun has appeared in his house, still dripping wet and filthy from the lake. While he hugs her, and she tells him that he should have made sure she could swim, he smiles. Waking from this dream, he seems to have strengthened his resolve to get revenge on Ryu for her death.

Answer: A fridge

A little later, Mr Park visits the radio station and tells the presenter what has happened. She is shocked, saying that if she'd known Ryu was a kidnapper, she'd never have sent him the fridge, then asks a colleague off camera if it is too late to cancel the gift. After looking at the painting Ryu has sent, Mr Park is made aware of Ryu's distinctive blue/green hair.

Answer: Leaflets

Yeong-Mi is a member of a terrorist group, and regularly distributes leaflets and information regarding bringing change and revolution to South Korea. As she is about to leave the room, she turns round and gives each of the three organ dealers one of her leaflets.

When she first arrives at the meeting, she presents a rose to the female organ dealer. It is implied that she has been asked to wear the rose in order for the organ dealers to be able to identify her at their meeting place.

Answer: She had only ordered one dish.

Yeong-Mi orders a takeaway while alone in her apartment. She answers her door, expecting to receive her food, but instead finds Mr Park waiting for her. The food eventually arrives while Mr Park is torturing Yeong-Mi for Ryu's whereabouts. After torturing Yeong-Mi with electricity, Mr Park eats her food himself.

Answer: Elevator

After taking his revenge on the black market organ dealers, the injured Ryu returns to Yeong-Mi's apartment. While in the elevator, he is joined by the paramedics transporting her body out of the building. He manages to briefly hold her hand without anyone noticing, but has to remain emotionless in order to avoid the police making a connection between the two of them.

Answer: Yeong-Mi's terrorist group

While Yeong-Mi is being tortured, she tells Mr Park that she is a member of a terrorist group, and her friends will find him and kill him if she dies. When the police investigate her apartment after her death, however, they state that she is actually the only member of her "group".

After finally tracking down Ryu and murdering him in the same lake where Yoosun died, Mr Park takes Ryu's body to a deserted area to bury him. It is here that he is approached by Yeong-Mi's fellow terrorists, who do in fact exist, and who stab him and leave him for dead.
