He is killed when the Jackal sees a wanted bulletin of himself on TV. The Forger is killed, by a blow to the neck, when he tries to blackmail the Jackal. Victor Wolenski was the agent for the OAS who was captured by French Action Services.

The Jackal kills the police officer, but Lebel grabs the police officer's machine gun and kills the Jackal, before he can reload again.
