Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Which actor from "Monty Python" narrated "Winnie the Pooh"?

Answer: John Cleese

This was not John Cleese's first foray into Disney. Previously, John Cleese was the narrator for several episodes of the TV series, "Mickey Mouse Works" in 1999.
2. What was Pooh dreaming about, when the narrator woke him?

Answer: Honey

The narrator tried several times to wake Winnie the Pooh by simply calling his name. When the bear wouldn't wake up, the narrator shook the book until he flipped it and Pooh fell out of bed. Pooh was dreaming of honey and that's why he wouldn't wake.
3. Learning he was out of breakfast food, what friend did Pooh run into first and ask about breakfast?

Answer: Eeyore

Pooh's stomach was rumbling for honey, but he didn't have any at his house. When he went looking for breakfast, he came across Eeyore. The donkey didn't have any honey for Pooh, but he was having his own trouble. He had lost something and couldn't find it.
4. While Pooh was searching for honey at his friend's house, what did Pooh discover was missing from his friend's body?

Answer: Tail

Pooh searched for honey at his friend's home, but couldn't find any. In the process, Pooh discovered his friend's tail was missing. Unable to find it, Pooh went to the smartest friend he knew for help: Owl.
5. Making a game out of it, what was something Pooh and the others tried to replace their friend's missing body part with?

Answer: Cuckoo clock

Christopher Robin decided to make a game out of finding an item to replace their friend's missing body part. The winner of the game would win a pot of honey. Several different items were chosen to replace the missing body part including a cuckoo clock, a weather vane, a ball, and a balloon. Kanga made a pink scarf, but the scarf unraveled.
6. When Christopher Robin disappeared and left only a note, Owl thought what had happened to him?

Answer: Christopher Robin had been kidnapped.

When Pooh and the others went to see Christopher Robin, he wasn't at home. He left a note "Gon Out Bizy Back Soon". Owl read the note and thought Christopher Robin had been kidnapped by a monster called the Backson. Christopher Robin's friends set out to rescue him from the Backson.
7. While searching for Christopher Robin, Tigger attacked what color balloon?

Answer: Red

When Tigger saw the balloon he thought the balloon could be his sidekick in his search for Christopher Robin, but the balloon wouldn't stay still so he left it in the forest. Piglet would later get scared by the red balloon in the forest.

The red balloon was a feature on the DVD cover with Pooh and his friends.
8. After making a trap to capture the Backson, which one of the friends was the first to fall into it?

Answer: Pooh

Going by Owl's instructions, the gang dug a hole to capture the Backson. Still hungry for breakfast and dreaming of honey, Pooh wandered around and fell into the hole. Eventually, everyone fell into the hole. Pooh found a way to climb out of the hole when several letters from the book John Cleese was narrating fell into the hole, forming a ladder.
9. Did Pooh's friend ever find his missing body part?

Answer: Yes

Pooh discovered Owl was using Eeyore's tail as a rope to ring his doorbell. Owl had found it in a thistle bush. When he took the tail back to Eeyore, Christopher Robin rewarded Pooh with the pot of honey.
10. In an after credit scene from "Winnie the Pooh", what did viewers discover?

Answer: The Backson was real.

The Backson was walking in the forest and found the items Pooh and his friends were going to use to trap him. The Backson kept the items and fell into the pit Pooh and his friends had dug to trap him.
