A northern Ireland based band with brothers John and Damian O'Neill (formally of The Undertones) and American vocalist Steve Mack.

Answer: The Undertones

Formed in Derry, Northern Ireland in 1975. I would recommend the albums 'The Undertones' and 'Hypnotised'.
