10cc are an English rock band formed in 1972. The released "Dreadlock Holiday" on their 1978 album "Bloody Tourists" and it ended up being the band's third number on single on the UK chart. It only managed a forty-fourth position on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart though.

Malvina Reynolds composed "Little Boxes" in 1962 in response to seeing a number of cookie cutter housing developments being built in suburbia. Reynolds was a political activist and folk singer who composed a number of songs in her career. While her version did not chart, her close friend Pete Seeger charted with his cover version reaching position seventy on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart.
