This song was actually written by Tim Staffell, who was in a band called Smile with Roger Taylor and Brian May. Staffell was also a friend of Freddie Mercury.

The video for this song was filmed on a moving train. Freddie Mercury once released a single under the pseudonym Larry Lurex. His original surname was Bulsara.

This song is now the theme tune of English soccer club Arsenal. Queen once recorded a single with David Bowie. This was called "Under Pressure".
