Answer: Brian Taylor

Brian Taylor played 97 games for Collingwood (1985-90) and kicked 100 goals in 1986 to win the Coleman Medal.
McKenna won the Coleman Medal in 1972 and 1973. He played 180 games for Collingwood and 11 for Carlton with a career total of 874 goals. Rocca and Daicos never won the Coleman Medal. Rooca also played American Football (NFL) for the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Redskins.

Gordon Coventry (1920-1937) retired with 4.2 gpg (1299/306) and Gary Ablett Snr (1982-1996) retired with 4.2 (1030/248). The other 1,000 goals player is Doug Wade (1961-1975) with 4.0 ghpg (1057/267).

Tom Carroll (CAR) also topped the goal kicking in his first season with 54 (1961) and played 55 games for Carlton. Doug Wade was only 19 when he first played for Geelong but he topped the goal kicking in his second season of VFL in 1962.
