Girardi was in his third season with the Yankees in 2010, and fourth overall as a manager. He took the Yankees to the 2009 World Series crown. Torre left the club with disagreement issues after the 2007 season. In 2010, Joe was in his third season with the Dodgers, and 29th as a manager.
2. This American League catcher won his third batting crown in 2009, in only six seasons in the big leagues. Who was this?

Answer: Joe Mauer

The Minnesota Twins catcher won his batting crowns in 2006, 2008, and 2009. He was also the American League MVP in 2009 ahead of Mark Teixeira and Derek Jeter, both of the Yankees.
