The episode began with a shot of Billy in his apartment sitting on the bed. He all of a sudden got up off the bed and knocked on Allison's bedroom door to talk to her. Allison told him to come in so Billy informed her how he could not sleep all night since he was thinking a lot about Amanda's being pregnant and he being the baby's father.

Right after we got done with Billy and Allison, we then saw Michael on the phone with someone discussing the apartment complex and then Jane entered the room. Michael hung up the phone and went to Jane and told her that he missed her last night. Michael told Jane how the guy he spoke to on the phone told Michael he would be selling the apartment complex.

Daly, born on April 20th, 1948 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania guest starred as a real estate agent in this episode. Amanda saw Allison at D&D Advertising and spoke to her about how she knew the pregnancy was hard on her and how while she was going through it she would like to have a friend at work. While someone did quit her job at D&D Advertising in this episode, it was actually Lucy who quit and not Amanda. Lucy informed both Amanda and Allison how her husband had accepted a job offer out of state and therefore she would be leaving town. Lucy told both Amanda and Allison how the management team was looking to find a replacement from within the company.

Midway through the episode, we saw Rhonda and Matt walking together throughout Los Angeles and she was talking to him about her complicated relationship with Terrence. She mentioned how Terrence asked her to marry him way too soon and she was not sure if she was really in love with him. Rhonda did mention how she always thought about Terrence whenever she closed her eyes. Matt asked Rhonda what the problem was if she really wanted to be with Terrence and she said it was Terrence who thought they were moving way too fast.

Rhonda and Matt got back to the apartment complex after going for a walk and a real estate agent told them how the building was being sold. Rhonda went to Billy and Allison's apartment and let them know the apartment complex was up for sale. Allison commented on how she shocked she was the place was being sold but she exited the apartment since she had to go to work.

Amanda collapsed in this episode so she was rushed to the hospital. Allison told Billy how the doctors determined that Amanda had an ectopic pregnancy, meaning the baby she was carrying did not develop in her uterus. Allison informed Billy how the baby could never have made it and that the doctors performed surgery to save Amanda's live. Amanda was devastated when she was told she lost the baby.

At the very end of the episode, Billy and Allison entered the apartment complex and were heading towards their apartment. They saw Amanda and her father, Palmer Woodward, and Amanda told them both how she had big news. This was when Amanda announced that she and her father were going to buy the apartment complex and therefore she was going to manage the place.
