The show started off at Highland High School where Buzzcut gave the class a speech about proper nutrition and exercise. He claimed that there were three food groups in the world and they did not consist of French fires, chips and Milk Duds. He said the students needed to eat better and therefore, as a result of poor diet habits, should not be surprised at being overweight.

As Buzzcut gave his lecture to the class, Butt-head leaned over and placed his arms on a female classmate. He uttered words to her that she found irritating as well as rude, plus she expressed a sense of discomfort. She slapped Butt-head in the face so hard that it caused him to fall out of his desk chair.

Right after Butt-head fell out of his chair, Buzzcut marched on over to him and Beavis to ream them out. While he yelled at both of the boys, he claimed that they were prime examples of what it meant to lack self-esteem. He felt this issue could be rehabilitated if they worked out in the gym so he demanded the boys go there.

In their first scene in the gym, the duo were standing around awaiting for Buzzcut while both of them had weight belts. Beavis used his in the way of a hula hoop since he whirled it around right at his waist. Butt-head merely held onto his and mentioned a joke to Beavis that involved Popeye.

Buzzcut stated that his intentions were to rehabilitate the boys and he started out by stating that they needed to master key qualities like integrity as well as self respect. Beavis and Butt-head both rushed on over to the bench press after Buzzcut advised them to get started on working out. Beavis attempted to lift up the weights while on the bench press but was unable to do it. After Butt-head and Buzzcut encouraged him to try harder, Beavis attempted once more but still could not do it.

Buzzcut started to demand that Butt-head prove to him that he was a man so Butt-head said he was one due to how his body was configured. Butt-head realized this did not satisfy Buzzcut so he wondered what else he could do to prove his manhood to the teacher. Butt-head then flexed what was a weak muscle to Buzzcut.

Answer: Kick him

Buzzcut told Butt-head that he would be happy to show him how he was a man so he requested something of Butt-head. He wanted Butt-head to kick him hard on the body and he would not express any pain over it. Despite Butt-head's initial opposition, he eventually kicked Buzzcut and the teacher was able to not express anguish over it.

Right after Butt-head got done kicking Buzzcut, he and Buzzcut walked over to where Beavis was at the bench press. They both noticed that Beavis started to choke since the bar was on his throat. Buzzcut feared it would be hopeless to help Beavis out so he simply took the bar and placed it back in its regular position.

Beavis and Butt-head were last seen in the locker room where they looked at their muscles in the mirror. Both of them claimed that it was a great workout but then Butt-head sniffed and realized that Beavis had a foul odor. He asked him to take a shower so that's where Beavis went.
