Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. In a flashback to Jimmy McGill's delinquent younger days, what did he and another young man find in alley?

Answer: Unconscious man

Probably a con-man from birth, Jimmy and the unconscious fat man are actually partners in the scamming of Jimmy's companion with a fake Rolex watch. A hint of the future is given when Jimmy makes the comment "s'all good, man".
2. How best is the money the Kettlemans give Jimmy characterized?

Answer: Bribe

Again Jimmy struggles with his ethics and conscience when offered a sizable stack of cash. He wants to call it a retainer for legal services, but Mrs. Kettleman says that he is the type of lawyer that only guilty people hire.
3. What does Nacho give Jimmy as payment for getting him out of jail?

Answer: Nothing

Despite Jimmy's vehement and untrue denial, Nacho suspects him of warning the Kettlemans and allowing them to run away before he has a chance to rob them. Nacho also does not appreciate additional scrutiny by the police.
4. What is the first big thing Jimmy buys with the cash he gets from the Kettermans?

Answer: Expensive suit

Despite a hovel of an office and a car that belongs in a junk yard, Jimmy goes to a tailor and is measured for a custom wool suit. It turns out Jimmy has an ulterior motive involving a billboard picture.
5. Kim visits Jimmy at the salon where he maintains his tiny office. What is he drinking?

Answer: Cucumber water

When Kim knocks on the door of the nail shop and spa Jimmy is reclining on a massage chair with cucumber slices on his eyelids. Kim unsuccessfully attempts to convince Jimmy to remove a billboard that very closely resembles her senior partner and the firm's logo.
6. What type of legal proceeding is brought against Jimmy over his billboard?

Answer: Injunction

Jimmy has his hair curled and photo-shops in a blond color to look as much like the senior partner of his brother Chuck's law firm as possible. The law firm seeks to enjoin Jimmy from maintaining the billboard claiming that it is confusing to the public.
7. After a hearing in the judges chambers, how long is Jimmy given to take down his billboard?

Answer: 48 hours

Not only does Jimmy's picture on the billboard look like the senior partner of a big law firm, the font and colors are identical. While the judge is sympathetic to Jimmy's "David and Goliath" argument, it is very apparent to her that Jimmy intentionally copied the big firm's logo.
8. While taking down Jimmy's billboard, a worker falls and dangerously dangles from a safety belt. What does he say to Jimmy when he climbs up to help?

Answer: What took you so long?

Jimmy's act of heroism is nothing more than an orchestrated stunt for publicity. After getting press and media coverage Jimmy begins to receive telephone calls on his answering machine.
9. How much does Chuck pay for a newspaper?

Answer: $5

Knowing that his heroic publicity stunt would upset Chuck, Jimmy does not bring him the daily newspaper and explains that it was not in the front yard. Later, Chuck sees that his neighbors got their home deliveries, so he steals one from across the street and leaves a $5 bill under a rock.
10. What does Chuck do when he reads the newspaper coverage about Jimmy and the billboard worker?

Answer: Pulls space blanket over his head

Chuck believes himself to be allergic to electromagnetic fields, which is why he makes Jimmy leave his battery operated watch and telephone in the mailbox. After reading about his wayward brother's latest stunt, he pulls his large aluminum-type blanket over his head.
