Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Jimmy talked him into breaking people's legs rather than killing them

Answer: Tuco Salamanca

A couple of skateboarders tried to run an injury con on Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk); he called their bluff but decided to use them to run the scam on Betsy Kettleman (with the hope of gaining the Kettleman case). But the skateboarders went after the wrong target, and it turned out to be the grandmother of the volatile Tuco Salamanca (Raymond Cruz).

He wanted to kill them and Jimmy, but Jimmy talked his way out of execution and then convinced Salamanca to just injure the skateboarders by breaking one of their legs each.
2. Embezzled $1.6 million from the county treasurer's office

Answer: Craig Kettleman

Craig Kettleman (Jeremy Shamos) was the county treasurer and had embezzled the money because, as his wife claimed, he was owed it for all the overtime he worked. Jimmy wanted desperately to sign Kettleman as a client but was initially rebuffed because he was "the kind of lawyer guilty people hire".
3. Jimmy had a custom suit made to mimic him

Answer: Howard Hamlin

Jimmy McGill blamed Howard Hamlin (Patrick Fabian) for not hiring him as an attorney after he passed the Bar exam. After Hamlin suggested that Jimmy change the name of his firm because it could be confused with Hamlin Hamlin & McGill (HHM), Jimmy had a suit custom made in Hamlin's style to irritate him and even had a billboard put up that mimicked the HHM logo.

Incidentally, Jimmy also wore a "Matlock" suit during the first season, but the custom suit was like Hamlin's.
4. Mike's contact for side jobs

Answer: The Veterinarian

When Mike Erhmantraut (Jonathan Banks) arrived in Albuquerque, he had a bullet wound that he needed to have treated without any fanfare, and he was taken to meet a shady veterinarian (Joe DeRosa) whose fondness for animals apparently also pertained to the two-legged kind.

Not only did he take care of Mike, he offered to find him work, which Mike initially turned down but eventually accepted, on his own terms.
5. Jimmy told her she would run a gang in prison

Answer: Betsy Kettleman

Jimmy managed to get the Kettleman case after they left Hamlin Hamlin & McGill, but he quickly found out that it wasn't going to be the easy case he thought. In the twisted mind of Betsy Kettleman (Julie Ann Emery), her husband wasn't guilty, and they weren't giving back the money. Even worse, she claimed there WAS no money despite the fact that she and Jimmy had a "spirited game of tug-a-war" over the bag of money when he found the Kettlemans camping in the wilderness. Jimmy finally convinced them to turn themselves in when he pointed out that they both would end up in prison, with Betsy "probably... running her own gang".
6. Slippin' Jimmy's partner; Jimmy inherited his pinky ring

Answer: Marco

Marco (Mel Rodriguez) was Jimmy's partner during his "Slippin' Jimmy" days; we were witness to a couple of the schemes they ran, including the last one in which Marco died. His mother gave Jimmy his pinky ring, which almost seemed to act as an evil talisman, leading Jimmy into trouble.
7. Jimmy defended him on kidnapping charges after the Kettlemans disappeared

Answer: Nacho

Nacho (Michael Mando) was Tuco's right-hand man and wanted to have Jimmy help him find the Kettleman money. Jimmy declined and because he didn't want to see anyone get hurt, warned the Kettlemans. When they disappeared, Nacho was picked up by the police, and he then called Jimmy to get the charges dropped.
8. Caused Jimmy grief over parking stickers

Answer: Mike Ehrmantraut

Jimmy first met Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) at the city court complex where Mike worked in the parking booth. Jimmy never seemed to have the right number of validation stickers on his parking ticket, and despite Jimmy's pleading and abuse ("Like a troll under a bridge - you must have the stickers or you won't pass"), the unflappable Mike continued to insist on the parking payment or the full amount of validation stickers.
9. Got Jimmy a mailroom job at his law firm

Answer: Chuck McGill

Jimmy's by-the-book brother, Chuck McGill (Michael McKean), allowed Jimmy to get a mailroom job at the law firm in which he was a partner, but he didn't consider Jimmy to be lawyer material ("Slippin' Jimmy with a law degree is like a chimp with a machine gun"). When Jimmy passed the Bar exam, Chuck had Howard Hamlin refuse to hire Jimmy so that Chuck wouldn't be directly involved.
10. Jimmy painted her toenails

Answer: Kim Wexler

Kim Wexler (Rhea Seehorn) was Jimmy's close friend from his days when he worked in the Hamlin Hamlin & McGill mailroom, and they continued their relationship after he went out on his own. Since he worked out of a closet in the salon, he took advantage of the facilities after hours, and Kim also benefited, getting a pedicure from Jimmy one evening while he told her about the crazy potential clients he saw that day.
