Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. The opening scene of this episode takes place on a bench at the Albuquerque Police Department. What is on the wall above the bench?

Answer: Wanted posters

Jimmy and Mike sit on a bench awaiting the homicide detectives from Philadelphia. They return the notebook stolen from one of the cops and explain that they found it in the parking lot. The frustrated cop does not believe them, but cannot prove otherwise.
2. How is Chuck treating his electromagnetism allergy?

Answer: Short outdoor exposures

While making his daily visit to his brother's, Jimmy is disturbed that Chuck is not in the house but in the back yard exposing himself to a nearby electrical power source. Chuck explains that he is attempting longer sessions each time and has worked up to two minutes.
3. What game does Jimmy play with some potential elder law clients?

Answer: Bingo

"Lucky B6, just like the vitamins", Jimmy calls out to a room full of elderly bingo players. Of course Jimmy's name is plastered all over the bingo cards.
4. Jimmy's law practice is picking up and he wants to improve his image. What does he show off to Kim?

Answer: Office space

Considering his cramped little room in a nail salon, the office space in a modern building is palatial. He offers Kim a corner office with a spectacular view if she wants to leave her law firm and join him.
5. Craig Kettleman is facing 30 years in prison for embezzlement. How much prison will he serve if he takes the plea deal Kim works out with the District Attorney?

Answer: 16 months

Kim explains to Craig and Betsy Kettleman the incredible plea bargain she has made with the district attorney's office and strongly recommends that they take it. Unfortunately for the Kettlemans the deal involves the return of $1.6 million. Betsy adamantly refuses the offer and fires Kim and her firm
6. The Kettlemans want to rehire Jimmy, but he claims that he is too busy with elder law. What does Betsy Kettleman do that causes him to change his mind?

Answer: She reminds him of the retainer they gave him

Jimmy has $30,000 in cash given to him when he finds the Kettleman family camping in the woods. Betsy Kettleman offers him a "bribe" to buy his silence about the money. Jimmy wants to call it a retainer but the Kettlemans do not want to hire him because they think he was the type of lawyer guilty people hire.
7. How is a portion of Jimmy's retainer returned to the Kettermans?

Answer: Toy truck

Mike places a small stack of cash in the back of a toy truck in the Kettleman's backyard. Mr. Kettleman sees it and gives it to his wife who runs upstairs to hide it with the other money.
8. How does Mike learn the hiding place of the Kettleman's cash?

Answer: Glow paint

As Mike places cash in a child's toy on the Kettleman's patio he sprays it with a substance. He then stakes out the house while eating apples. When the lights in the home go out, Mike breaks in, and with the use of a black light, he sees glowing hand prints leading to a bathroom cabinet.
9. Jimmy gives a ride to the Kettleman's in his beat up car. Where does he take them?

Answer: Kim's office

It takes him a while but Jimmy finally convinces the Kettleman's to return the embezzled cash and take the plea deal. One of Jimmy's demands is that they rehire Kim who was demoted when they fired her law firm.
10. The episode ends with a teary-eyed and despondent Jimmy sitting on the floor. What happens that quickly changes his focus?

Answer: Phone rings

Jimmy is having a run of bad luck. Kim turns down his offer of a partnership and he has to return the Kettleman's retainer. As he slumps to the floor in the office space he will never occupy his cell phone rings and he quickly answers it as a foreign-accented secretary.
