Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Jimmy decided to give the class action lawsuit to Hamlin Hamlin & McGill after all, and he met with Howard Hamlin. When Howard gave him the $20k "of counsel fee" check, what did Jimmy give him in return?

Answer: Chuck's shopping list

When Howard asked Jimmy how he found out that Chuck was behind the refusal to let Jimmy work as a lawyer at HHM, Jimmy admitted that he "figured it out on his own. About time, right?" Howard told him that "he never wanted it to go this way", and he started to tell Jimmy what he would have done, but Jimmy cut him off, so we didn't find out whether Howard would have hired him as a lawyer.

When Jimmy gave Howard the shopping list, he explained that Chuck needed deliveries every day, with the ice being the most difficult. Jimmy said he would "sneak into a motel and fill a garbage bag" with ice but suggested that Howard could just buy it. Howard seemed genuinely shocked that Jimmy had been doing these chores daily for Chuck for more than a year.
2. Jimmy put on his "Matlock" suit and went back to hosting Bingo for senior citizens, but he had a meltdown. What reoccurring letter brought it about?

Answer: B

Jimmy apparently had decided to resume his elder law career, and the Bingo game started out well enough: "O-64 as in Oh to be 64 again" and "N-32, N as in Nancy Reagan", but then he had a string of "B"s, and as he struggled to come up with phrases, the words "betrayal" and "brother" came out: "I'm sure a lot of you have brothers, not like mine though".

Then when the fifth B came up, he said, "B, as in this B thing is really starting to tick me off". He then started his rant about Albuquerque, calling it a "God-forsaken waste land" and "a soulless, radioactive Georgia O'Keeffe hell-scape".
3. During Jimmy's meltdown, he revealed the incident that had led to his arrest back in his Slippin' Jimmy days. What name did he give to the crime he committed?

Answer: Chicago sun roof

Jimmy told the senior citizens about Chet, a man who had wronged him back in Illinois; he said the man might have owed him money or slept with his wife. One intoxicated evening, Jimmy spotted Chet's white BMW double-parked outside a Dairy Queen and decided to pay him back by defecating through his sun roof. "Not my finest hour", Jimmy admitted to the shocked and silent audience, "but that's what a Chicago sun roof is, now you know".

Unfortunately, Chet's kids were in the backseat, hence Jimmy was arrested for indecent exposure. Jimmy told the audience that he's "been paying for it ever since".
4. When Jimmy returned to Cicero, he told his pal, Marco, that he had been back there three years before, but didn't have time to see him. For what reason had Jimmy returned three years ago?

Answer: His mother's funeral

When Marco asked about Jimmy's mother, Jimmy told him that his mother had died three years ago. Marco had asked if the funeral was held in Wisconsin, where she was from, but Jimmy sheepishly said that it was held there: "We were only in town for a few days". Marco was hurt that Jimmy didn't come to see him while he was there, and Jimmy mentioned that Chuck was really busy so they didn't have time. Given the flashback sequence at the beginning of the episode when Chuck was in a hurry to get Jimmy away from the bad influences of Cicero, Chuck probably wouldn't let Jimmy contact Marco.
5. Jimmy returned to his Slippin' Jimmy ways when he went back to Cicero, and he started pulling cons again with Marco. What object was used for their first scam in the bar?

Answer: A Kennedy half dollar

Jimmy spotted a business man walk into the bar and asked Marco if he was a regular. When Marco said no, Jimmy held up the coin and said "if you're buying, I'm selling". They moved to the bar, within hearing distance of the mark, and Jimmy began the ploy. According to him, Kennedy was supposed to be facing right on the coins, but he had one with Kennedy facing left.

He claimed that one of the designers in the Denver mint decided to change it to facing left so that Kennedy was "facing west towards the new frontier".

The error was caught, but not before 1,000 coins made it into circulation, with 200 or so still being around. Jimmy claimed to own one and said it was worth $600-$800, but he was willing to sell it for $100 because he "was hard up".

When Jimmy went to the restroom, Marco asked the mark what he thought and then pretended to call a coin dealer to find out if Jimmy was telling the truth. After he told the "dealer" about the story, he suddenly got very quiet, and the mark thought he was being told that the story was true.

After Jimmy returned, Marco offered $64 for the coin, but the mark cut in and paid $110 for the coin, which was only worth 50 cents.
6. What movie star did Jimmy claim to be to pick up a woman?

Answer: Kevin Costner

In the morning, the woman realized that he wasn't really Kevin Costner, to which Jimmy replied, "I was last night". As the woman and her friend, who'd spent the night with Marco, left, Jimmy made a double entendre version of the "If you build it, he will come" quote from "Field of Dreams". "Breaking Bad" fans might remember that Saul told Walter White that he had once convinced a woman he was Kevin Costner.
7. What caused Jimmy to tell Marco that he needed to head back to Albuquerque?

Answer: He had 16 phone messages from clients.

Marco was disappointed when Jimmy told him that he needed to leave; he told Jimmy that he'd already called in sick so that they could spend the day together. When Marco asked him what he had to go back to in Albuquerque, Jimmy responded "my clients". Marco asked him if he was a gigolo! Jimmy told him he was a lawyer, and when he said that he did elder law, Marco asked him if he was ripping off old people, which Jimmy denied: "I'm not ripping off anybody".

When Jimmy mentioned that Chuck was also in Albuquerque, Marco told him what he already knew, "I hate to break it to you, but he doesn't even like you".
8. Jimmy and Marco pulled one last scam together involving which item that we first saw them use in the "Hero" episode?

Answer: Fake Rolex watch

Despite Jimmy's repeated protests, Marco talked him into running their Rolex scam one last time, since Marco had one watch left. Marco said he didn't need the money; it was the thrill he wanted: "I got nothing, Jimmy. Give me this". So that evening, Marco waited in the alley to hear Jimmy's wolf howls - the sign that the scam was ready to be launched.

When Jimmy and the mark came down the alley, they found Marco's wallet and a truly unconscious Marco - he had collapsed. The man ran off with the wallet while Jimmy called for help. Marco briefly regained consciousness long enough to tell Jimmy that "it was the greatest week of my life".
9. At Marco's funeral, Jimmy was seen wearing what item that had belonged to Marco?

Answer: His pinky ring

When a mutual friend asked if it was Marco's ring, Jimmy replied that Marco's mother had given it to him and that he'd wear it for the day, but he wasn't really "a big ring guy". "Breaking Bad" fans know that Jimmy must have changed his mind because that was the ring that Saul wore. Jimmy was still wearing the ring in the final scene of this episode when he returned to Albuquerque.
10. While Jimmy was at the funeral, who called him with a potential job offer?

Answer: Kim Wexler

The job offer wasn't with Kim; it was with a Santa Fe law firm that had partnered with Hamlin Hamlin & McGill to work on the class action lawsuit. According to Kim, the firm had heard good things about Jimmy and wanted to make him a job offer "contingent on an interview".

The position was a "partner track" position, and Jimmy would get to work on the case that he'd built. Jimmy mentioned that "Chuck wouldn't like it", to which Kim replied that he'd have no say in the decision. Jimmy thanked Kim, saying that she must have done something to make it happen.

She replied that she hadn't done much, it was mainly due to the relationship which he had with the senior citizens, but she did mention that Howard was pushing for it to happen. Jimmy told Kim he'd meet the firm's lawyers on Thursday, but when the time came, he decided at the last minute not to go.

As he drove off, he stopped to talk to Mike about the Kettleman's money and said that he knew what stopped him from keeping the money but that it wouldn't happen again.

He then drove off, humming "Smoke on the Water" like Marco used to.
