Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Smacked a police officer with a bag of sandwiches

Answer: Huell Babineaux

Jimmy had hired Huell Babineaux (Lavell Crawford) through the Vet to help him intimidate his teenage muggers so that he could sell his burner phones on the street without being robbed. He then continued to use Huell as an assistant (and probably as a body guard) while he sold his phones. Huell was returning from a lunch run when he saw a man harassing Jimmy so he smacked the man with a bag of sandwiches, knocking him to the ground. Unfortunately the man was an undercover cop, and Huell was arrested for assault.

But thanks to a clever scam by Kim, Huell only ended up with probation.
2. Hired a Johns Hopkins doctor to help Hector recuperate

Answer: Gus Fring

Gus Fring (Giancarlo Esposito) had made it clear that HE would be the one to decide Hector Salamanca's fate. So after Hector suffered a stroke, he brought in a specialist from Johns Hopkins to help Hector recuperate, but only so much; once he confirmed that Hector was aware of what was happening around him, Gus sent the doctor away. Keeping Hector incapacitated but alive would serve Gus's purpose.
3. Became a partner at Schweikart and Cokely

Answer: Kim Wexler

Kim Wexler (Rhea Seehorn) had lost some of her motivation following last season's car accident, but she returned to her hard-working self this season. However following a meeting with Mesa Verde in which the CEO revealed his desire to rapidly expand the bank with branches in multiple states, Kim once again found her interest in the work lacking so she started working public defender cases on the side.

When she found that she didn't have enough time to devote to both causes, she decided to bring the banking case load to Schweikart and Cokely, which Rich Schweikart gladly accepted in exchange for making Kim a partner in the firm.
4. Was suffocated by Gus in front of Nacho

Answer: Arturo Colon

Arturo Colon (Vincent Fuentes) worked for the Salamancas and had been running their operation since Hector became incapacitated. After Arturo and Nacho picked up their product from Gus's men, Arturo was bragging to Nacho about how he intimidated the men into giving him an extra share of product.

As they were walking away, Gus and his men ambushed them, and Nacho was held at gunpoint and forced to watch as Gus put a plastic bag over Arturo's head and suffocated him.
5. Hired to build an underground facility for Gus

Answer: Werner Ziegler

Werner Ziegler (Rainer Bock) was a German engineer who had impressed Gus with his attention to detail and his honesty about the extent of the work when he was interviewed for the job. He became friendly with Mike (or Michael, as Werner called him) during the operation, even teaching him some German.

But unfortunately he didn't seem to grasp the true nature of his employer, and even Mike couldn't save him after he decided to escape for a weekend getaway with his wife.
6. Was shot by Victor in a staged ambush but survived

Answer: Nacho Varga

Gus needed to get rid of Arturo's body without alerting the Salamanca family to his actions, so he had Victor and Tyrus stage an ambush on a deserted stretch of road. Nacho Varga (Michael Mando) was shot in the shoulder as part of the staging, but when he got out of the car to stumble into the desert and call for help, Victor shot him again, this time in the abdomen, "to make it look real".

They then left him there to call for help before he passed out.
7. Suffered mentally after Chuck's death

Answer: Howard Hamlin

Howard Hamlin (Patrick Fabian) blamed himself for Chuck's death. He told Jimmy and Kim that Chuck had improved following the bar hearing collapse, but that he became unreasonable when the firm's malpractice insurance skyrocketed, so he (Howard) had forced Chuck out. Howard believed this was the reason for Chuck committing suicide.

When Jimmy later ran into him at the courthouse, Howard looked disheveled and told Jimmy he was seeing a therapist and suffering from insomnia.
8. Gave Hector his bell

Answer: Lalo Salamanca

Lalo Salamanca (Tony Dalton) first appeared towards the end of the season when he showed up in the Salamanca restaurant kitchen. His real name was Eduardo, but he told Nacho to call him Lalo, and he said he was just there to check on the business. When he visited Hector at the retirement home where Hector now lived, he cheered him up by reminiscing about a hotel that Hector had burned down because the owner had slighted him. Lalo told Hector that he had kept the bellboy's bell as a souvenir, and he attached the bell to Hector's wheelchair so that Hector could use it to get attention.
9. Conducted safety inspections at Madrigal

Answer: Mike Ehrmantraut

Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) had asked for Gus's help in laundering the money he had stolen from the Salamancas, so Gus had Lydia Rodarte-Quayle "give" Mike a job at her company, Madrigal. Mike was only supposed to collect the laundered money as paychecks for consulting work, but he decided to earn the checks by showing up at the Madrigal distribution centers and picking apart their security.

When Lydia's attempt to get him to stop failed, she contacted Gus who recognized the value of a good cover story and took Mike's side over hers.
10. Removed a bullet from a drug dealer's abdomen

Answer: The Vet Caldera

After the Cousins found Nacho in the desert, they took him to see the Vet, Dr. Caldera (Joe DeRosa). The Vet operated on Nacho in a makeshift location away from his office, using one of the Cousins for a blood transfusion. When Nacho awoke from the surgery, the Vet told him that he left the bullet in Nacho's shoulder but removed the one from Nacho's abdomen.

He was concerned that the bowel might have been nicked so he told Nacho to get an x-ray. He then told Nacho that he was done with working with the cartel.
