Jack enters the apartment and says, "I've got big news! I was walking down the street the other day, and I got to thinking, what is it that I do best? This is not a place for you to respond. If you called me at work and I wasn't there, the answering machine would say, "Grace Adler Designs". If you opened my purse, my business card would say "Grace Adler Designs". Seems like the only person who doesn't know that Grace Adler designs is her best friend. Let me introduce myself. I'm Grace Adler. I design!"

Jack's wanting to start off his show with a ballad and when he begins to sing, Karen stops him and says, "Honey, listen to me. You're in a gay club with a nice butt. Start shakin' that moneymaker!" Jack says, "You're nasty, Miss Jackson." Karen then says, "Oh honey, you have no idea."

Grace is making Will write and sign a contract saying he will no longer butt into her business. Grace tells him what to write, "The party of the first part shall heretofore never be a buttinsky." Will says, "Referring, of course, to the landmark case of Buttinsky vs. the city of Minneola." Grace then says, "Keep writing, Mr. Insky."

Jack asks Will, "Did you get a look at that bartender?" Will tells him that he did and Jack says, "I got his phone number." Will then crumbles the napkin with the bartender's phone number on it and throws it.
