Karen and Jack were trying to scheme up a way to have Will and Grace in the same room together at the same time. Jack happened to be holding an invitation to their friends, Larry and Joe, child's birthday party and she grabs it from him and lays it on the desk. She accidentally spills some wine on it and then says, "Hey, are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Jack replies, "I don't know. Are you thinking what it would be like to have Spiderman spray his web on you?" Karen then says, "Okay, that's just freaky. Okay, that's crazy."

When Will says he got Hannah something for her birthday, Joe says he shouldn't have. Will says, "Don't be silly. You guys are my best friends. If you'd like, I'll put your envelope on the table with the savings bonds and the homemade cards. In other words, the suck pile.

Throughout this scene, Joe was constantly reminding the children not to eat the balloons. Karen says to jack, "Honey, look at Will and Grace. They haven't said a word to each other for over an hour. This plan bites!" Jack says, "Well, it's better than yours! Telling those kids those balloons are made of candy." Karen laughs and says, "Kids are dumb." Jack then says, "I know. I ate a balloon, it tastes nothing like candy."

Because of Will and Grace's argument, besides other things, the birthday cake gets destroyed. Will says, "Nice going, Grace. Our friendship, a kid's birthday party, your over-processed hair. Anything else you wanna destroy this week?"

Jack throws Will's jacket into the moonwalk and Karen throws Grace's purse. When the two enter the moonwalk to get their things, Jazk zips it up. Will asks him what he's doing and Jack tells him, "It's time you two patched things up." Will says, "Unzip it!" Jack then says, "Will! This is not the time or the place for your clumsy come-ons! Now talk to her!"

Grace thinks she stepped into a puddle of throw-up and asks Will to see if that's what she stepped in. He tells her, "Look for yourself! I'm not your vomit-looker. I only look at vomit for my friends, and we are not friends." Grace then says, "Fine, then you're gonna have to find yourself another spider-killer." Will says, "I don't need you to kill spiders for me, thank you. I can kill my own damn spiders." Grace asks him, "What about the one above your head?" Will then screams and drops the floor.

Will is upset because he feels Grace picked Leo over him. She tells him she did consider walking away from Leo for him but then she started thinking about what their life would be like and didn't want that question hanging over her head. When Will asked her what question, she tells him, "Was Leo the right guy for me? I don't know. I don't know if it's gonna work out.

But I hope it does. And I'd hope my friend would want that for me, too." He then tells her it's not that easy for him and when she asks why not, he tells her, "Because I need you more than you need me! Okay? You got a million options, Grace. You can make a baby with Leo, or Nathan, or any Tom, Dick, and...spermy.

But I can't. I need you."

After Will and Grace make up, she tells him, "I'm sorry. And I think you should still have your baby. There are other options." Will then says, "You know what I really want? I wanna do this the old-fashioned way. I wanna meet a guy, fall in love. Quit going to the gym, 'cause I met someone. And then make a baby."
