Answer: Arthur - stabbed by Mordred in the Battle of Camlann

Like in the legends, Arthur was stabbed by Mordred (and vice versa) in the Battle of Camlann. Merlin then took Arthur to Avalon where he would remain until the land of Albion needed him.
Merlin survived the series and even lasted into the present day, still waiting for Arthur to return.
Guinevere did cheat on Arthur with Lancelot, but the two of them made up. She continued to rule as queen of Camelot even after Arthur died.
Uther was stabbed and while Merlin (disguised as an old man, since he had to use magic but it was banned in Camelot) tried to help, he just made things worse. Because of the help of Morgana and Agravaine, Uther died.
Morgana's fate was also different. She survived the events of Arthurian mythology. However, in the series, she died at the hands of Merlin.

Merlin's parents were named Hunith and Balinor. Hunith was a kind woman from the village of Ealdor in Cenred's kingdom. Balinor was the last of the dragonlords, until he passed on his legacy to Merlin. While Hunith survived the series, Balinor died in his debut appearance "The Last Dragonlord".

Leon was a knight in his debut appearance, "The Once and Future Queen".
Arthur made Lancelot, Gwaine, Elyan, and Percival a knight of Camelot in "The Coming of Arthur (Part 2)" when Arthur needed assistance in taking back Camelot. These knights were not necessarily of royal blood (like Leon presumably was) but Arthur did not care about their bloodline.

Answer: Morgana

Morgana was King Uther's ward, and as it was later revealed, his daughter. However, Morgana later learned she had magic and became more distant and manipulative. She betrayed Camelot and would find ways to gain control of the throne of Camelot and kill Uther and Arthur.

Answer: Gaius

Merlin had arrived at Gaius's home and startled him, causing him to fall over a ledge. Merlin was able to move a bed underneath Gaius to cushion the fall. Gaius, having magic himself, recognized it as magic and identified Merlin as a sorcerer but was surprised to learn Merlin was born with it. Gaius also warned Merlin not to reveal this to anyone as magic was banned in Camelot.

Answer: Dragon

In "The Last Dragonlord", it was revealed that the Great Dragon had the name Kilgharrah. This was the name he was known as by dragonlords. However, even after learning this, Merlin hardly-if ever-referred to him by his name.

Answer: Morgana, Arthur, Guinevere

Morgana was the first to learn Merlin had magic. In "The Drawing of the Dark", Mordred had told Morgana that Merlin was Emrys, and since she knew Emrys had magic, this meant she now knew Merlin had magic.
Arthur was the next to find out in the finale, "The Diamond of the Day". Arthur had been wounded and Merlin was in the process of taking Arthur to the island of Avalon where Merlin revealed he had magic.
Finally, Guinevere was able to deduce Merlin had magic based on comments that Gaius made. For example, Emrys was a sorcerer and was someone who both she and Gaius knew.

Answer: It was also Arthur's birthday.

What was even worse than Uther dying, was the fact he died on Arthur's birthday. Arthur had arranged celebrations for the day, including the Gleeman and his assistant, who planned on killing Arthur. They had given Arthur an apple that would eventually cause him to become unconscious, but when they planned to kill him, Uther intervened and got stabbed. Merlin, disguised as an old man, tried to help Uther using magic but only made the situation worse. Morgana had given Agravaine a charm to place around Uther's neck.

This caused the spell to not work and Uther to die. As a result, Arthur disliked magic even more.

Answer: Dragoon

Starting in the episode "Queen of Hearts", Merlin would need to perform magic in front of Arthur; however, since magic was banned in Camelot, it could not be revealed that Merlin had magic. Therefore, Merlin would take a potion to become an old man whom he called Dragoon. Episodes in which Dragoon appeared included "Queen of Hearts" (to pretend he was the sorcerer that enchanted Arthur), "The Wicked Day" (to cure Uther), "A Servant of Two Masters" (to destroy the Fomorroh Morgana used on Merlin), "With All My Heart" (to figure out how to free Gwen from a spell), and "The Diamond of the Day" (to fight Morgana and Mordred in the Battle of Camlann).

Answer: The Dragon's Call

"The Dragon's Call", the first episode of the series, did not feature a tournament. Instead it was about Merlin coming to Camelot and getting adjusted to the ban of magic in Camelot, along with getting to know Arthur and becoming his manservant.
"Gwaine" featured a melee in which two assassins disguised themselves as knight to kill Arthur. It was also the first appearance of Gwaine.
"The Once and Future Queen" featured a jousting tournament. Arthur went undercover to fight in the tournament, so he could partake in the tournament and not have the knights take it easy on him because he's a prince.
"The Sorcerer's Shadow" featured an unnamed tournament held once every ten years where anyone could fight. There were no rules to this tournament. One participant was Gilli, a warlock who used magic to win duels which Merlin does not approve of.
