1. Carrie and Mr. Big met in this show's first season, and dated off-and-on for years. In the series finale, Carrie found herself in Paris, freshly broken up with a boyfriend and not knowing what to do, when Mr. Big showed up to rescue her and bring her home to New York.

Answer: Sex and the City

After a tumultuous, six-year long on-and-off relationship with Mr. Big, Carrie decided to move to Paris with her boyfriend Aleksander Petrovsky at the end of the sixth season of "Sex and the City". She ended up being miserable in Paris and her friends back in New York knew that she'd made a bad choice.

They sent Big to Paris to rescue Carrie. He found her, told her he loved her, and the rest was history. It was not until the last scene of the last episode that we found out that Mr. Big was really named John; in "Sex and the City: The Movie", his full name was revealed to be John James Preston.

2. She was Harvey's high school sweetheart, and later his good friend. They had all but given up any thoughts of getting back together, but on the day of her wedding to someone else, they discovered that their heart stones fit together. Harvey and the bride fled from the church on his motorcycle. What show is this?

Answer: Sabrina, the Teenage Witch

Sabrina first met Harvey when she began attending Westbridge High School, after moving in with her aunts Hilda and Zelda. They broke up after high school, but remained good friends throughout college. Harvey was the only person outside of Sabrina's family who even knew she was a witch. Late in the series, Sabrina was dating a guy named Aaron, who she became engaged too. On the day of their wedding, Sabrina's cousin Amanda was concerned that Aaron was not the guy for Sabrina, and proved it by showing Sabrina that her and Harvey's "heart stones" were a perfect fit. Amanda found Harvey, and he showed up at the church to whisk Sabrina away.

3. Brenda began dating Dylan in high school, when she was new in town. They broke up and reconciled a couple of times throughout the series, but alas, Dylan ended up with other great love, Kelly, in the end. What show was this?

Answer: Beverly Hills, 90210

Brenda Walsh and Dylan McKay were a couple for almost the entire first two seasons of "Beverly Hills, 90210". In the third season, though, Dylan became interested in Kelly while Brenda was out of town. When Brenda came back, they had quite the love triangle going, but the girls eventually forced Dylan to make a choice.

He chose Kelly. Dylan and Kelly broke up towards the end of the fourth season, and he briefly hooked up with Brenda again before she moved to London. Though the Brenda Walsh character was never on the show again, it was said that Dylan was with her in Europe when his character temporarily left the show as well.

In the very last episode, though, Dylan and Kelly got back together, seemingly once and for all.

4. This show's epic relationship needs no further description than their names - Cory and Topanga.

Answer: Boy Meets World

Cory Matthews and Topanga Lawrence first met on the playground when they were small children. They grew up together, always finding themselves in the same class at school. They began dating in middle school, and except for a brief time apart in high school, they remained a couple throughout the series.

They got married while in college, and the show ended with them moving away to New York for Topanga's career.

5. This show's glimpse into the lives of Manhattan's scandalous elite began with Queen Bee Blair Waldorf dating the ultimate preppy boy, Nate Archibald. After falling out with Nate, Blair somehow found herself madly in love with the manipulative and deceitful Chuck Bass - the male version of herself. At the end of the show's second season, Chuck was finally able to say to Blair, "I love you, too".

Answer: Gossip Girl

After having a fight with Nate one night, Blair accidentally slept with his best friend Chuck. They fell in love with each other after that, and planned to spend the summer together in Europe. In the first season finale, however, Chuck got scared and ended up stranding Blair in Europe by herself.

The show's second season followed their obsessions with each other, having them almost get together several times, but Blair needed to hear Chuck say that he loved her. He wasn't able to say it until the second season finale, which ended with the two of them together and happy.

6. These two were possibly the most annoying TV couple ever, with their constant breaking up and getting back together, and "We were on a break!". Most of the show's fans were happy, however, when they got back together once and for all in the series finale, when Rachel got off the plane to stay in New York with Ross. What show was this?

Answer: Friends

In the pilot episode of "Friends", Rachel Greene ran out on her wedding and showed up in Manhattan, seeking refuge with her high school friend Monica Geller. It was revealed that Monica's newly-divorced brother Ross had had a crush on Rachel for a long time.

They started dating after Chandler accidentally told Rachel that Ross was in love with her, but they broke up when Rachel got really busy with her career. First, Rachel just wanted to take a 'break' from their relationship, but when she found out that Ross slept with someone else during the 12-hour break, she ended things with him.

They were mostly broken up for the rest of the series, except for a few short times when they got back together or fooled around (one time resulting in the eighth-season birth of their daughter Emma).

At the very end of the show, though, Ross realized he still loved Rachel, and begged her not to move to Paris for her job. She got on the plane anyway, but luckily realized her feelings for him and got off the plane in time to go to Ross' and get back together with him.

7. On this short-lived yet popular TV show, nerdy Seth Cohen finally got his dream girl, Summer Roberts, to notice him and fall in love with him in the show's first season. They had their ups and downs, but at the end of the show's fourth and final season, a glimpse into the future showed viewers that Seth and Summer were still together and getting married. What show was this?

Answer: The O.C.

"The O.C." aired from 2003 to 2007. Seth and Summer were played by Adam Brody and Rachel Bilson. The couple officially got together in the first season episode "The Heartbreak". They were broken up for most of the second season, but got back together.

The last episode of the series, "The End's Not Near, It's Here", showed the characters in the future, with Ryan working as an architect, Sandy teaching college... and Seth and Summer on their wedding day.

8. On which show did two medical interns named Alex and Izzie clash when they first met, briefly date each other until he cheated on her, be friends while she tried dating George, and finally get back together and get married when she found she had a terminal illness?

Answer: Grey's Anatomy

When "Grey's Anatomy" first began, Alex (played by Justin Chambers) was not well liked among the other interns, especially Izzie, whom he referred to as Dr. Model and doubted her medical skills. They fell for each other early on in the series, but broke up when Izzie fell in love with a patient, Denny Duquette.

After Denny died, Alex and Izzie were just friends, while she dated their coworker, George O'Malley. Izzie and George realized they were better off as friends, and Alex and Izzie got back together, and were married in the 100th episode of the show, in the fifth season.

9. Sparks were flying between coworkers Sara and Gil for years before they officially hooked up and revealed their relationship to their team. It looked like things would end for them when Sara became disillusioned with her career and left town. Shortly afterwards, however, Gil left his job as well, to go be with her. What show is this?

Answer: CSI: Crime Scene Investigation

Sara Sidle was new to the Las Vegas police department in season one of "CSI". She and her supervisor Gil Grissom developed a friendship and close relationship quickly. Instances of flirtation can be found in the early seasons, but it was not until the finale of season six, "Way to Go", when viewers saw Sara and Grissom together in his bedroom.

After Sara almost became a victim of a serial killer in the seventh season finale/eighth season opener, she started to doubt her career choice, and left after the seventh episode of the eighth season.

She returned in the first two episodes of season nine, after the death of the Warrick Brown character. In the tenth episode of season nine, Grissom left Vegas as well, and journeyed to Costa Rica to rekindle his relationship with Sara.

10. Ricky was a less-than-brilliant career criminal who routinely found himself in jail after one of his and his friends' scheme went horribly wrong. He has a long history with Lucy, the mother of his daughter Trinity. Ricky also briefly dated Lucy's roommate Sarah. What show was this?

Answer: Trailer Park Boys

Ricky (played by Robb Wells) may have been a bit dim, but he did truly love Lucy and Trinity. He nearly married Lucy in the show's first season, but was arrested during the wedding ceremony. In the second season, he dated Sarah, but she quickly decided that she still hated him.

In each subsequent season, Ricky spent a lot of time trying to get back together with Lucy, until it was revealed in the seventh and final season that she was pregnant with assistant trailer park supervisor Randy's baby.
