Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Which TV show featured Lisa Douglas, Arnold Ziffel and Sam Drucker?

Answer: Green Acres

"Green Acres" was about Oliver Douglas, a New York lawyer who gave up his career as a New York lawyer to become a farmer outside Hooterville. Lisa was his wife. The Ziffels were neighbors whose "son" Arnold was a pig. Sam Drucker owned the general store. Some of the characters also appeared on "Petticoat Junction", about a family that ran the Shady Rest hotel in Hooterville.
2. Which TV show featured Professor John Robinson, Dr. Zachary Smith and Major Don West?

Answer: Lost in Space

The Robinson family (including children Judy, Penny, and Will) planned to colonize a new planet, assisted by pilot Major West. Dr. Smith stowed away and his extra weight caused the spaceship to go off course and become... lost in space.
3. Which TV show featured Jeremy Bolt, Aaron Stempel, Candy Pruitt and Biddie Cloom?

Answer: Here Come the Brides

Teen idol Bobby Sherman played Jeremy, one of the Bolt brothers, early settlers of Seattle. Candy and Biddie were imported to Seattle as potential brides for the loggers.
4. What TV show featured Uncle Charlie, Chip, Ernie and Steve Douglas?

Answer: My Three Sons

Widower Steve Douglas, an engineer, was played by Fred MacMurray. The original three sons were Mike, Robbie and Chip. Mike moved on and Steve adopted Chip's friend Ernie. Then Robbie got married and had triplet sons. Uncle Charlie was the housekeeper.
5. Which TV show featured identical cousins Patty and Cathy Lane?

Answer: The Patty Duke Show

Patty Duke played both cousins, using split-screen technology. As the song goes, "Where Cathy adores the minuet, the Ballet Russes, and crepe Suzette, our Patty loves to rock and roll, a hot dog makes her lose control."
6. Which TV show featured Captain Wilton Parmenter, Corporal Agarn, Wrangler Jane and Chief Wild Eagle of the Hekawi tribe?

Answer: F Troop

Captain Parmenter, played by Ken Berry, was the inept leader of Fort Courage Sgt. O'Rourke (Forrest Tucker), Corporal Agarn (Larry Storch) and the Hekawis schemed to make money, while Jane pursued Capt. Parmenter.
7. Which TV show featured Mel Cooley, Alan Brady, Buddy Sorrell and Sally Rogers?

Answer: The Dick Van Dyke Show

Buddy, Sally and Rob Petrie (Dick Van Dyke) were comedy writers for the Alan Brady Show. Rob's wife, Laura, was played by a very young Mary Tyler Moore.
8. Which TV show featured Napoleon Solo, Illya Kuryakin and Alexander Waverly?

Answer: The Man from U.N.C.L.E.

9. Which TV show featured Larry Tate, Gladys Kravitz, Aunt Clara and Endora?

Answer: Bewitched

Witch Samantha married ad executive Darrin Stevens. Her wacky witch relatives (including mother Endora and Aunt Clara) caused crazy happenings that shocked the suburban neighbors (Gladys and Abner Kravitz) and ended up being passed off as ad campaign ideas to boss Larry Tate.
10. Which TV show featured Michael Nesmith, Peter Tork, Davy Jones and Micky Dolenz?

Answer: The Monkees

The actors played themselves as a rock band who lived together. Davy was the dreamy one, who was featured regularly in teen magazine "Tiger Beat" and had a cameo on "The Brady Bunch".
